It's a very nice hotel. Comfortable bed, but room AC could have been more robustit was humid in my room the whole time. Service is good and very close to stuff to do. I'll be back for business stays See you there!
I was in the area for a concert decided to book at the Hilton Santa Clara because of its convenient location. I had a great experience at this hotel, the staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable. This places is right in front of Levy stadium and Great America so no need to drive. Highly recommended!
Very nice rooms. Very neat and clean. The front desk staff was very polite and helpful. The restaurant was just okay. Food is typical hotel food and was majorly over priced. Overall, I had a very nice stay.
We normally try to stay at a Hyatt Regency whenever we travel. However, they had no double queen beds available, so we stayed here at the Hilton for four nights, recently. It is a very nice hotel, the lobby is attractively furnished and maintained. The business center is small (only two computers) and we had to get help from the front desk to get our boarding passes printed out--(the printer was not properly connected to both of the available computers) There is a very comfortable bar/lounge area off the main lobby. The pool was very nice and clean.
The staff are all very friendly, and very HELPFUL. They make you feel truly welcomed as a valuable guest! The rooms are nicely furnished and clean, the bed was very good. We will definitely stay here again when in San Jose.
Great place! We stayed here for two nights. Walked to both Great America and Levi stadium. Awesome restaurant and great customer service!
Spent 1 night in a king room. Room and sheets were very clean, we were impressed. Had a nice bathroom with lots of mirrors and counter space. Bed was one of the most comfy hotel beds I've ever had, it sunk in but was springy and not too fluffy. Can't rate the pillows since we travel with ours.
Coffee maker didn't dispense 2 cups in parallel evenly but that's a minor thing (one was 90% full the other was 60%). We didn't noticed the refrigerator until checkout time but it's an always appreciated amenity. 4.5/5.
So far so good. Nice room, great pillows? I can however hear the guy next door when he coughs. He better not snore!
The staff were all great, they were wonderful to my over talkative daughter, and amazing with my non verbal autistic son. They were very accommodating and friendly. The room was great, beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Plus, they have a Starbucks in the lobby. They are a stones throw away from Levi's stadium and Great America. Anytime I come into Santa Clara I will be staying here.
Ate at La Fontana inside the hotel. The restaurant is a good option for formal business lunches. There is plenty of easy parking. The restaurant is large, bright, spacious, and not loud. The food is nothing amazing but good enough and really not the main focus of coming here.
Lobby is nice. No valet parking (at least at 9pm when we were checking in). Rooms are outdated Maybe done in the 80s? Was on the top executive floor. Beds are uncomfortable. not soft, and sunken in in the middle. Pillows we're nice. Towels we're soft, but not absorbent since they were part polyester (Hilton's getting cheap!)
Great location in Santa Clara and comfortable, clean room. My constructive comments center on the rather austere lobby compared to other Hilton properties. Many Hilton properties' lobbies have glass cisterns of fruit-infused water and maybe cookies or other treats. This lobby offered no welcoming touches. Additionally I was surprised at the lack of recycling options in the room; seems very behind the times for progressive Silicon Valley. I traveled to some Hilton properties in the Midwest that did not yet offer recycling, but it is odd for California. These points are trivial, however. Good place to stay.
My stay with Hilton was great. Perfect location if you need to stay close to anything in Silicon Valley. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Had no problems with service (room service and front desk). The room was great for the price!
I stopped by today to look at the facilities since my family and I were planning to stay two nights in June. The service of the concierge representative is the only reason I am giving the hotel two stars. He took the time to show us the hotel and his tour was excellent. In fact, we were excited to book a room. I was going to do so online but I tried to book a room with the woman in the from desk instead since I was already there. She was rude and condescending. I simply asked her about the size of the beds in the room. She rolled her eyes a couple of times and rudely told me that she could not guarantee that I would get a queen bed room. So I asked her for a room upgrade that would comfortably accommodate two adults and two grown children. She rudely said, " Do you want the double bed? I already told you that we can't guarantee you a queen bed!" I tried to politely explain what my request was and after her third eye roll I chose to leave. Rudeness has no place in the hospitality business and in front of children.
Hilton Santa Clara is in a great location. Walking distance to the stadium and amusement park. Short drive to the mall. The Hilton Santa Clara also has a very chic restaurant on the main level. They have a pool, hot tub and gym. The staff go above and beyond to meet your needs.
