Excellent hotel close to the airport. First rate desk service. I cannot recommend the hotel restaurant. Overpriced mediocre food. (Like most hotels). Room was clean, comfortable, with up to date furnishings. Have already booked a return stay here.

Had a great stay kudos to Marissa at the front counter she made our stay awesome and anytime I come back to San Antonio this Hilton will be top on my list. Food was awesome also, it's rare to get a good restaurant in an hotel. Thanks for the awesome stay

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around
VERY comfy bed, spacious room, friendly and attentive desk staff. Prompt room service and traffic facing window was quieter than expected. Television burned out twice even with assistance of engineering, which made for an early evening and a great night's sleep, but couldn't get morning news.response / report this review -

Booked a King bed on the executive level with a decent travel agent rate. No hassle with booking the room. Room had a nice view but pretty standard as far as amenities go. Couldn't get the digital key to unlock the door through mobile phone to work, but may of been because of spotty mobile connection.

Do not ever park here! Our car was broken into and I am still (6 mo. later) finding more damages to my car. The parking garage has NO security and the hotel does not care. Anyone can enter the garage without even having to go through the hotel and there are obviously thieves in the area! Please pay a little extra at another lot that has actual security!

I went for a event and it was easy to find and had plenty of parking. The event room was nice and clean. Staff was serving drinks and helpful for those of us that were lost.

Fast friendly on time employees. The beds are so comfortable the down pillows n comforter are so comfortable it makes your sleep whole lot easier. Safe environment

My default place when traveling to San Antonio. Minutes away from the airport, especially great for late evening flights when you want to get to hotel asap to rest. Friendly customer service and rooms are good. Decent food options downstairs and now they even have a Starbucks. If you are honors member with status, you can get breakfast on the 14th floor executive lounge. A good sized gym too. There is 24 hours shuttle service to airport, just call the front desk to arrange a pickup or drop-off.

Front counter agents were super friendly and helpful. Great location with easy access. Rooms were a bit dated. For the price paid, would return in the future!

My hotel of choice when flying in to San Antonio. 25 days this year. I love the Asado nachos and anything else in the menu. Bartenders are top notch and make a great drink after a long day. Rooms are consistently clean. Hilton Club room has great multigreens salad and homemade dressing. My only complaint is the pantry is often times not stocked and the energy drinks are always gone. No decent midnight snacking going on here. :)

The best thing about the stay was that I asked for a feather free room and it was ready when I arrived. They also have an airport shuttle which is nice. I was really upset that the water didn't get got for my shower, no small towels & there was hair all over the floor like the bathroom wasn't clean.

***horrible****
Called and confirmed they offered Valet because my uncle had trouble walking due to an illness. So booked Friday and Saturday. Arriving I had to park in nasty dirty garage and walk in multiple times because no one was available at the valet desk. Valet was available 0 times out of the 6 times I drove up requesting valet. Parking is horrible there and they are very low staffed. The room was clean but 0 towels in my bathroom, no carpet in my bathroom when showered so slipped once as I walked out of shower. & hall smelled like heavy cigarette smoke. A Very disappointing stay to say the least. I asked for supervisor to explain the on going concerns, and they never came before I had to leave to Come back home.response / report this review -

This hotel is great! We stayed here for my daughter's admitted students day and everything was great! The front desk heard about her acceptance to her college and they gave us a free movie! The rooms are very clean
