This hotel is great!!!! The staff was very understanding when we came in 3 hours before check-in. They allowed my wife and I to go to our room early. It was a wonderful jester after we got off our flights. We were tired and wanted to lay down to rest before exploring Miami.
This was our first time in Miami and recommend this hotel to anyone who is interested in coming to Miami.
The staff is wonderful, the food is great, the view is to die for, and the rooms are spacious.
Since arriving ,the experience was superb. All employee's were attentive and courteous. Room service good. Only suggestions are more lighted rooms ,and some extra hooks or something to hang towels and clothes in the bathroom, because when there are 2 staying in the room is a little difficult ., otherwise I highly recommend the HILTON Downtown Miami experience .
Visited in mid July for a weekend trip to Miami. The rooftop pool is amazing. The views from my room were breathtaking as well - floor to ceiling windows. Bar and restaurant had great choices. Full buffet breakfast in the mornings was great too, lots of choices. The staff were great at any encounter. Loved my experience here.
Great place to stay if you're in Miami. Great location, very clean, and super cozy rooms. The staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend the Hilton Downtown Miami and will stay here again in the future.
On October 21st 2017. Let's begin with with the front desk where my great first impression of the hotel was given by Gabriel who is a true sample of excellent hospitality!
Fortunately everything about the hotel was exceptional, and I don't give praise lightly. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in the bar where we had lunch. Food was beyond good and great value for money and service attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I could go on but suffice it to say I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
As a Diamond member I got upgraded to a Jr Suite, nicest room I've ever stayed in. Corner room, wall to wall, floor to ceiling glass windows with panoramic views of the city and the bay. Bed is the most comfortable hotel bed by far. Executive lounge is kinda a joke in the evenings, no free beer or wine. Breakfast was good. Only 2 downsides were how small the bathroom was for how huge the room was and that self parking is $25 with no in and out. Valet it $28

I loved my stay at this hotel. The staff are friendly, the hotel is very clean and they are very accommodating. I left my room for the day and when I came back, water was all over the floor because the toilet mysteriously overflowed. They immediately gave me a new room without hesitation. They also gave me some free water, chocolate and a free breakfast voucher for two. The breakfast was a buffet and it was great! I will stay again in the future.

Hilton Miami is in downtown. We got a really nice deal on the room. $160 for 2 queen beds in a room. Check in and check out were flawless. Staff was friendly. Everything was perfect. The only reason to take one star down was the A/C fan made a lot of noise. But adjusting it to lower level helped us sleep. Overall it was a great experience.
Nice modern rooms. Friendly staff. Great location. Only issue was with the shower. Has 2 shower heads that can be used individually, but I couldn't turn one off completely which affected the water pressure.
This has been one of my worst experiences with a Hilton hotel. We stayed here for two nights prior to getting on our cruise and the Elevators were super slow. It took over 10 min each time just to hop on one of the 5 elevators. One of the days there, we lost our breakfast voucher so they wouldn't let us eat period. The fact that they wouldn't let a guest even into the dining area to eat is annoying. After returning from our cruise we had to stay here again and found a Roach rolled up in one of the towels. They moved us rooms and comped us a little, but the fact that this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel with roaches in it, is disgusting. One of my friends caught the Roach and took it down to the front desk where they weren't even remotely surprised that there was a Roach in a bag from one of their rooms! I will never return to this hotel! Poor customer service and not worth the money for an "upscale" hotel full of roaches.

Staff was very helpful. We arrived at 9am, although check in was 4pm, Victoria helped us get our room early and even checked up on us to make sure we were all settled in. Front desk service gets A+. Rooms are pretty modern and clean. Our bathroom lights and fan weren't working but nothing that couldn't be fixed with a quick phone call. Overall I would recommend this hotel
