This is a great hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice restaurant and bar area. Clean and quiet. Easy freeway access.

I had a good stay. The location is better than some near the mall as I like a smaller, more local feel. The hotels in the mall area habe high traffic and mostly chain restaurants. This hotel is near mostly private own establishments.

Front desk had half great receptionist and half SUPER MOODY receptionists. Bartenders were awesome, friendly and ready to share recommendations for local eating. Rooms are nice and housekeepers were attentive to detail.

I was traveling alone and spent two nights at Yuma Pivot Point. I was made to feel both welcome and safe. Front desk was very welcoming and answered all my questions. The lady bartenders were also friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable and the bath tub was perfect for a bubble bath. I hope to go back in a couple of weeks. It was the best stay ever!

We love this location. Right on the Colorado River with room to walk/run, bike and play by/in the river. Beautiful river scene, close to the freeway, food and shopping. Cool historic train engine by the hotel to explore. Nice outdoor pool/hot tub. Beautifully updated rooms, with a little extra space compared to other hotels but not tons. Coffee in the lobby in the morning, or in room keurig, infused water in the lobby all day, and cookies in the evening. For us, the lovation is everything. It would be nice if they had suites and/or breakfast but we spend a lot of our time outside and having so many activities available on site without having to pack the kids up and drive is wonderful!

Real nice place. From the rooms to the fitness room to the pool this what you call a true 4 star hotel. My only complaint is lack of security and cameras.

Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. It's convenient off the highway and near downtown Yuma. It's away from the rest of the hotels so it's much quieter than some of the other hotels where there are several hotels near each other

I 'used to think' that Hilton Garden Inn's we standard across the boardhowever, this one puts the others to shame! If you are traveling to Yuma, whether long term/short term, this should be your lodging destination of choice! For instance:

    Service: A+
    On-site kitchen: A
On-site recreational: Outdoor pool w/enclosed shower/restroom, and lounge chairs- A+, Grilling area - C (it seems they had to decide on which outdoor amenity customers most preferred during 120 degree weatherI'm glad they chose the Pool!!!)
    Outdoor running trail: A
    Picnic area: A
    Rooms: A
Costs: A (considering it cost the same as its competitors, yet has so much more to offer)

First things first, happy hour is from 4-7 so it's all good. The breakfast is not complimentary but it's well worth the $12! Beds are memory foam so if that works for you great, if not then.. overall I love this hotel. Very clean and the staff is super friendly. If I could stay at the garden inns every time I would.

Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Yuma Pivot Point for a social event and as an overnight guest. We stayed in one of the ground level "poolside" rooms. These rooms are pricier than the others but were nice for us since it had an exterior door leading out to the parking lot and pool area. The ceiling was nice and high. The event center was nice and food was really good. Dance floor nice as well. Service was attentive. Knocked a 5 star review down to 4 due to cleanliness of the pool. There were a lot of dead bugs floating around the skimmer area and staining around the pool and the whole hot tub which made it appear diety and slimy. The hot tub also wasn't heated but I didn't mind it just being heated from the sun because it was a warm day and we were able to hang out longer because the water wasn't hot.

I reserved two rooms in January for a March stay.
Upon arrival they told us they didn't have the rooms we reserved and in fact didn't have any accessible rooms for us. The hotel manager Ms Robles gave us a terrible oh well attitude you didn't make the reservation through us it was through a third party. It was through AAA Travel so I consider them to be a reliable source for booking hotel accommodations through. I could kind of understand if we had just made the reservation a week before or even if we were a late check in but we checked in about 3:30 PM, check in time is 3:00 PM. We paid for accessible rooms with adjustable beds and only got regular beds and not accessible. Needless to say it was very hard for us to maneuver the bathroom facilities. I think it is very unfair practice to charge people for what they did not receive.

Easy to locate and right nexr to the Colorado River. Also, a short walk from historic downtown Yuma with plenty of dining options. The hotel was nice, clean -although there was a funky smell in the hall on the fourth floor. Good breakfast options including made to order omelette bar. Good rate, good experience, centrally locataed.

Had a nice stay up until breakfast the following morning. I was told on a previous stay by staff bagel was complimentary, apparently I was wrong. Grabbed a bagel, cranberry juice and coffee, waitress approached me and asked me if I needed anything else. Initially I was confused because I was never served in first place, she then informed me my breakfast was not free but 8.95. There is no signage indicating I had to pay anything for bagels or cranberry juice. There was a sign for hot breakfast, omelet, waffle, whatever. Needless to say I was irritated by the negligence of the staff and hotel to inform me prior to partaking in 9 dollar bread and juice. I expressed my dismay but it fell on deaf ears with the waitress and front desk.

My husband & I do a lot of traveling so we usually stay only at Hilton Garden Inn's if available. This particular location is one of thee best ones we've stayed at & have stayed here at least 4 times. Although a bit dated looking from the outside (goes with the town really) it is very updated inside throughout. The staff really makes me think that Hilton must be one great company to work for because they are above pleasant from the moment you walk in until the moment you're checking out. No loud knocking or talking during morning housekeeping run if you've asked for late check out or are staying an extended period, not even down the hall. I recommend this location over all other hotels in the area.
