The manager Tarie is excellent, and very friendly. Small plumbing incident was solved before breakfast ended. The English muffins were very tasty. Pool is an Oasis. View so nice from any floor. Nice bed, plenty of pillows. Only two towels in the double Queen room, so request them if needed. The toilet seat covers will surprise you when you sit on the liddip. Price was very competitive to surrounding hotels. Great for military families. This is an old building that looks new and smells good. How did they manage that? I highly recommend.

We drove in from San Diego and were greeted with friendly smiles. We stay here every year and were surprised to see the renovations. The rooms are very nice, comfortable beds, all new bedding and beautiful lobby. The complimentary breakfast has a good selection of fruit, foods and great hot coffee and very nice large breakfast room and swimming pool. We enjoyed staying here, the location is very convenient to shopping, restaurants, I-8, stores and service stations. We will definitely be returning to this hotel. Very clean.

Pleasantly surprised with our room and my understanding is rooms had been recently renovated. The balcony accessible via sliding glass doors. Comfortable Queen's, great flat screen monitor with lots of channels. In room convenience items such as refrigerator and coffee maker.
Found Hotel lobby staff to be polite, professional and efficient.
Rate was well within reason especially factoring no reservation and many hotels sold out on this particular Monday night.
Will stay at this Shilo location again next time in Yuma. Great experience and can recommend.response / report this review -

I am embarrassed somewhat by the length of time it has taken me to submit this review, but my laziness in no way reflects anything other than my laziness.
This is a wonderful place to stay, A-Z.
Everything about it was great.
But two employees in particular went so far above what they needed to in order to accommodate what my wife and I needed that it must be told.
We arrived late in the evening, and Donna and Jason were simply incredible. I don't need to get into all the details, but they made things happen for us that were bordering on the miraculous. I mean, jump up and down with joy and relief sort of thing.
These two people care very deeply and sincerely for you personally, and it's obvious it's not just a job for them.
I've never had such great customer service in all my years of traveling.
I guess I don't possess the vocabulary to express it fully, but they were amazing.
And when you stay here, you'll see for yourself.
By the way, the staff on all shifts were incredibly accommodating, gracious, and fun!

Great place to stay. Quiet location but right next to the shopping center. Great pool area. Continental breakfast was included. Coffee in the lobby and friendly people at the front. Gym in lobby and laundry was $1.75

They are in an extension remodel. I would recommend waiting until they are completely finished. They initially gave me a room with a horribly stained and warped mattress. Upon pointing this out they apologized then moved me.

the rooms were nice and clean, spacious , and well stocked this labor day. The thing that struck me was the veterans parking places! love the patriotism of shiloh inn! And don't use a 3rd party like trivago to book. book with the hotel and save more! thanks to the staff and cleaning personnel for doing a great job!

Is a very nice classy hotel, my lawyer uses their facilities to have courts in some of their meeting rooms that they have there, a lot of business used those ball rooms to have meetings with other companies that come from out of town or State. Very elegant walking desk, shuttle to pick up costumers from the airport, master suites and regular suite with single or double beds, free wi-Fi network. And complementary breakfast.

Recently renovated, the Shiloh Inn is a joy to stay at. We've been staying here several times a year for some time. The pool, located in a beautiful garden area, was resurfaced several months ago (heated by the way), and recently the rooms have been updated. New fixtures. New carpet throughout. Same friendly service as usual. Very reasonable. A pleasure.

Room smelled like smoke, though it was non-smoking room. Upon checkout I paid with cash and didn't take receipt (stupid, I know, in retrospect) and they charged my credit card as well. I called back a few days later and said they accidentally charged my credit card but they claimed they had no record of a cash payment. The general manager I talked to was very rude. She offered no apology and didn't look into matter for more than a minute. I have a feeling the front desk pockets cash from out-of-towners who don't take a receipt. I go to Yuma every fall but I am never coming back here again.

I actually had a nice stay here for an incredible price. I'll give a warning, however: the first room that I was in had one bedbug. I checked it the minute I got into the room and it was right there. I was moved to another room immediately and had no problems, didn't see a trace of bed bugs at any other point during my stay. I understand that it does happen, even in the best hotels, I would just make sure that you check around when you first arrive to make sure you're not affected.

My experience was great for the small time I visited. The room was clean and spacious. It had a great view out the balcony. The TV worked fine but it was missing a TV Guide and had an HBO guide from a few months ago. Nothing that can't be solved with a quick call. I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel whether you're passing by or live around the area.

This was probably a very nice hotel.. 10 years ago. The carpets are very well worn, the elevator opened the inner door but not the outer.. had to open and close it twice to get it to open.. kinda scary. The faucet in the bathtub sprayed half the water out the back of the nozzle instead of out the head.. good water pressure though. Continental breakfast was adequate clean and well taken care of the attendant did a great job. The rooms were clean, nice mattresses. This place just needs a remodel/refresh.. pool was nice but closed due to remodel..which is funny, they have alot more things to fix before the pool..
