Absolutely terrible place!!! We need to cancel after family emergency the day after a reservation!! I might add that the reservation is 3 MONTHS AWAY!
There are so many other places to go!!! Spend your money anywhere else!!

We stayed for 7 days in March and LOVED it. The RV spaces are huge. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Excellent dog area with many nice people to visit with. Laundry room is clean (purchase card from front desk). The only downfall of our stay was there are no cable hook-ups and we couldn't receive Wi-Fi at our space. We had to go to the dog park to make calls or check emails. The golf course is lovely. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it highly. Read the other reviews about lack of customer service - things must have really changed because the staff couldn't have been friendlier and/or more helpful. Cheers to Cocopah.

This is our third year. Love the place but the staff isn't very friendly this year and the new manager is unfriendly!!!! Basically Rude!

If your coming here to play golf, DON'T. If your not into all the games and couple golf you'll never get a tee time. Staff in the Pro shop are rude and not willing to explain. We stayed a full week and played no golf here. Clanish, unfriendly, and snobish.

Great if you are a golfer. Monthly fees relatively reasonable. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have numerous planned activities

Golf right out your door with lots of groups to join. Great exercise programs, pickle ball, crafts, live music and Cantina. Plenty of fun for everyone.
