  If ur looking for a nice place to stay, but don't want to spend a lot of money this is the place to stay. The people who run the motel are pleasant and friendly. The motel is only a few blocks away from historic old town Yuma.

  Too dirty. Only stayed here cuz we were given a hotel voucher for 5 fays. So all in all it was better than nothing.

  Room was loud, heater was broken. Avoid the low cost incentive if you are planning on getting any sleep.
