Site had no sewer hookup that could be found by me or staff and quite difficult to get to the water unless you climbed over obstacles. Bathrooms need some attention but were clean. Got water and dumped at another site before leaving. Glad my water tank was almost full and holding tanks empty.

The place is large and impersonal. Pool and social area are small and do not engage guest like near by locations. Many residents visit Mesa Terrace Mobile estates next door for activities. Look around and see what is available before you make your choice.

I love it here. My parents have been coming to Capri for 20 years now. Everyone is freindly and they have lots of things to do. They keep pool warm so you will never have to get into a cold pool here. I would recommend everyone I know to come here. Just love it.
