Had a great stay here! Rooms were very clean and area was quiet. I was a little wary at first due to location but it worked out nicely. I will definitely stay there again.

kind new owners. allowed my service dog. rooms had small issues but they are ontop of fixing the place swiftly. just there kindness makes me want to stay with them more

Place is clean but you don't get no coffee pots no ice again there isn't an ice bucket in the the management is very rude you don't get any late check-outs overall just bad service

Very nice and accommodating management/owners. Comfortable beds and, highly cleaned and spacious rooms. Nice choice of any motel in Yuma, Arizona at affordable prices.

I go here every year for dove hunting they put out breakfast at 3 am and cook dinner for all the guests always clean awesome people I have hung out with the same guests here for 10 years during dove season so that says something for the place always a pleasure to stay here 5 stars for sure

We came with a reservation but walked away. We had a service dog, of which the rude owner and his wife refused to give us a room for the night. They were the type of owners that had their nose outside the blinds, when we were just standing around looking at the outside grounds, before we went into the office. Rude owners.

Nothing fancy, but good value for the price you pay. Owner was very friendly and he handed me a free bottle of cold water at my arrival. I had a mini fridge, microwave and an iron board in my room. It was a little bit outdated and there were some long black hairs on the pillows. Besides that, i had a good stay.

Clean rooms, friendly service, very cold pool. It was a great place. Though its in AZ, it needs a hot tub for the winter nights.

For what I paid, this hotel delivered. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. True, the Wi-Fi didn't work from my room and the breakfast was really just prepackaged muffins, orange juice and coffee , but I only paid $50 a night to stay here. I would stay again if I was planning on stopping in Yuma again.

The rooms were not too clean, the sheets had way too much fragrance on them so I could hardly breathe. The WiFi was broken. The heater didn't work at all, it just blew cold air out.

I had to book an extra day for Thanksgiving week to visit family and had no issue. I received a clean king sized bed , room smelled wonderful and staff are very friendly . Great decor, everything in the room matched ! .The bed is comfortable, there's a ceiling fan , microwave, desk, large nightstand for my laptop, a nice wall TV, along with a full ironing board and iron. The ac works great The internet worked great even on a Linux OS laptop, easily connected without any issues so u can do business -- A+ fast connection. The bathroom had a nice tub and good condition . Great Location and much more! This met beyond my expectations and the price was worth it and reasonable . I visit Yuma a lot because of family that lives nearby and I've tried many hotels in area, and right now this one surpasses them all..
