I did actually enjoy this hotel. It was clean and well appointed for a 3-star hotel. The staff was friendly, and accommodating. The breakfast was decent(change the link sausage brand though) Also, there should be a signed posted, restricting bare/wet feet from the pool in the lobby, or restaurant. Otherwise, I recommend this hotel, and will choose it again when I visit the area.
I went there for an interview for a job @ a store opening in the Outlet. Just the lobby popped! I loved the colors. Was hoping to get breakfast(which is made to order!)but they stopped serving right as my interview was over. The bar area was cute. The staff all seemed really friendly!
After many years of sponsoring family outings here with five or more rooms at a time, I will not be returning. I needed a room for one night on 2/24/18 to attend a family function being held there and saw they were sold out. After about a week I called the property and asked if there had been any cancellations or if I could be put on a list if there were any. I was told by the front desk that there were plenty of rooms for Saturday but I had to book a minimum of two days. I said that I had never heard of such a thing. I was told that this was “standard procedure for high occupancy periods”. WHAT??!!?? This is the middle of winter and everything is closed. I explained that I am a regular customer staying there approx. 25 nights a year there and this would wash it with me and I would not return. I was told “ok, that is the policy”. Obviously, they don’t need my business. I booked across the street at a Marriott property that was more than happy to have my business.
Great room. Friendly staff. Wonderful pool and hot tubs, both indoor and outdoor! Comfortable bed, nice jazucci, clean rooms, lovely lobby decor. ONLY COMPLAINT: housekeeping arrived at the ungodly hour of 8 am on a weekend. I don't know what the rush was but I had to reject them both days so the room wasn't cleaned the entire stay. Other than that, great hotel to stay at for the dells adventure
Hotel was very nice for the price. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We ended up with a handicapped accessible room which was not as appealing for us (not handicapped). The biggest issue being the shower had a handheld shower head that when mounted aimed out of the shower. The shower drain also looked like an after thought with not finish or grouting around it (slightly sharp edges on the tile). Otherwise a great hotel. Just request a non-handicap room if you don't need it (our lesson for next time).
Very good location and very clean rooms. This hotel is located within walking distance to both Sprechers and Del Bar (it's also only a few minutes drive from both of the restaurant clumps). The room was very spacious and had the cleanest shower I've seen in a hotel (it was so white that it's possible that it was actually brand new). There was a small fitness room (one of the two treadmills did look like the belt was delaminating so beware). There was free coffee in the morning near the non-free breakfast ($12.95/person).
Very nice clean rooms. Loved the balcony! Great location. Love the 4 hot tubs
We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Wisconsin Dells in a king studio suite. Upon entering our room first thing was the toilet was not in working condition and no exhaust fan in the bathroom either. Called the front desk was not offer for anyone to come fix the one toilet in the room or offer another room! My husband had to repair the toilet himself. Another thing to know about this " Hilton " is that they do not provide trash bags for any receptacles in the room! I called the desk again and was told , no they don't not provide them anymore. What??? That is disgusting! The staff was rude! Here though is where you really want to beware! At 2:30 am on a Sunday night the entire hotel fire alarms went off. The whole thing was a mess! Everyone in the hotel evacuated to different areas of the parking lot at first! Not one word , not one attempt at communication from one hotel staff member! The elderly people who had a difficult time were offered no assistance or guidance! None of us were! When I say no communication from hotel staff, I mean absolutely none! We were out of our rooms until after 3:30 am, not at anytime from this 4floor hotel were we assisted or informed on what was happening. But frightening to think about if there really was a fire in the hotel that there was no safety plan from staff. We never so much as received a " sorry for the commotion folks" type of thing ! Nothing! The Dells must have a fire inspector and I am contacting! We picked the Hilton for reputation and we were sorely disappointed in so many way!!! Beware, know what you are getting into there and don't forget bring your own trash bags! What a joke!!!!
We really liked this hotel , stuff was very nice , rooms are clean and if you need anything they will provide! Very good location, walking distance restaurants and attractions, love it!!One personal advice, take room with balcony it's amazing and the view at night is beautiful and peaceful! The outdoor Jacuzzis are great, maybe a pool outdoor in a future will be even greater!! Highly recommending this cozy hotel!!
This is a great place to stay during the week at a decent rate. Prices go up on the weekend but that is to be expected. There are 2 outdoor hot tubs which are nice, but it would be great if they had extended adult hours for the pool/tubs. Not a specific complaint about this hotel, just hotels in general.
Great hotel. Very clean. Has a pool and four hot tubs. Pool has salt water so doesn't have that over powering chlorine smell. Can have a great breakfast for a flat rate.
Staff was very polite for our last minute booking online. Breakfast, although pricey was of good quality and the pool and hot tubs clean. Room was spacious with a large bathroom that could use some updating but overall a great stay.
We will NOT be staying here again!! The lobby and bar area were very nice as was the pool and fitness area. Our room, however, was not what I expected from a Hilton. First off, we checked in at about 9pm. The lady at the desk literally said NOTHING to me except to ask me for an ID and if I wanted to use the credit card I had booked the room with. She pointed down the hall and said our room was that way on the first floor. I took our keys and parked the car. We went to our room (king suite with whirlpool tub) only to find dirty carpet and a bed so old that you could see the sag in the middle. It was even missing a night stand. There was no dresser to put our clothes in or anything. It was the strangest room set up I'd ever seen. When we crawled in bed and turned the TV on, the guide function on the wouldnt work. We went to sleep and the bed was worse than I could've imagined. Next morning we went to breakfast and I checked my bank account to find that I was being overcharged for the room. At this, I stopped at the front desk. I was told that what I was being charged was the correct rate. I explained it wasn't and showed the woman my confirmation. She looked at my confirmation and said no. That can't be right. She then took my phone to the back to ask a manager what to do. She came back saying that she would change the rate but it's something they never do. I told her that if it's the rate I booked the room at, it needed honored regardless. At this time I mentioned the TV remote but didn't mention anything else about the very disappointing room. We were there for 3 days and never got the TV fixed. When checking out I mentioned the unresolved TV issue and was told that maintenance didn't get a chance to look at it. When asked how our stay was I explained to the gentleman that it wasn't what we expected from a Hilton and we wouldn't be back. He shrugged and said 'oh'. Smh. Terrible terrible customer service.
I was visiting Wisconsin Dells from Scotland and visiting family and the family picked this hotel. I was not dissapointed at all. Great staff who even let us check in around 10am which really helped. Really nice outdoor hot tub area and we even order take out and ate it outside at the tables near to the hot tubs. What a nice night we had. I didn't eat breakfast here so can't comment on that. The free WiFi worked well as well and the rooms were really clean and nice.
This is the hotel I always stay at when I visit the Wisconsin Dells for work. It is a bit more up scale than most hotels in the area. The rooms are clean and the hotel is updated. Breakfast is not included however. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area especially for work.
