There were ROACHES and holes in the wall the door. The place was so shady, that we decided not to stay. However the man and women who run the place tried to justify the fact that every motel has roaches and refused to refund our money. I wouldn't stay here you'd be better off spending the extra money for an hotel.

I can’t even mark a star on this one had to do 1 just to post this. The room was dirty. The linens didn’t smell or look fresh. There were cigarette burns on the bath tub and bathroom counter. They were actually kind of rude. No good amenities, no ice no vending no indoor pool. I actually booked a triple bed room and when we arrived it wasn’t available. It was even kinda scary guests. We actually decided to leave and not stay. I like to feel safe, the door lock was just a twist nob. No added security. As a matter of fact, I was doing my daughters hair and 2 guys peeped thru the door crack. Yeahscary.

Room was clean. People above we're constantly slamming doors and stomping around. People next to us we're showering or running the shower about 10 times a day and you can hear everything. My dad waited for 2 hours to check in because no one was in the office and then had to wait longer cause the room wasn't ready. But otherwise it was fine and clean. No mold and no bugs which is a big plus!

Made a reservation and said we would be getting there between 11:00 and midnight. When we got there a shirtless man told us there was no key and refused to talk to us any more. Eventually just let his dog bark at us as he turned off the lights. 0/5

Had to us a buzzer to get to the office. Gave a real key for room. No security lock on the door. Shower did not work. Room was ok , bed hard as a rock.

Very poor. This place was sketchy. Very dirty and smelt bad. I wouldn't walk around bare foot in this place. The phone number they have doesn't work. They charge you for random things and you cannot contact them. It was terrible. Do not stay here. Spending the extra money to stay somewhere else would be worth it.

The room we were in was very disappointed, we had no heat no phone no tissue fridge small two small pillow no bed spreaders. I wouldn't recommend to say there .

The Hotel's phone number is disconnected and you can NOT reach anyone that should give you a BIG CLUE! The hotel is run by a family that lives there and they are rude, not customer oriented & If you need assistance it's practically impossible to get or they pretend not to understand English .The WIFI sucks unless u don't mind walking outside to the main entrance and standing outside the office to get WIFI service. The hotel seems to be full of regular unsavory characters. I saw some questionable behavior going on in the parking lot & on the side of the hotel. I was worried about my safety and my vehicle. It is not a place I would want to stay at again let alone bring any kids too. My friend left her phone in the room and within a 1/2 HR she had to turn around and drive back (all the numbers listed for the hotel are disconnected!) & they acted like they didn't know what she was talking & about& eventually said they didn't find a phone in the room BUT she had an app on it that said it was at that location! The hotel is poorly run & they staff is extremely rude & questionable.I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. You can find a better hotel in the same price range that has better customer service, better WIFI & a better environment.

Giving it one star is being too generous. I don't mind family run businesses but this one was an exception. The lobby was dirty and the owners were rude when he did not agree on the price that we already paid beforehand and ignored our reservations. Very dirty and smelly place with poor maintenance and a dog was roaming free in the lobby too. Fails to think of the customers first and prioritizes family. Pool was also a joke. Had to ask for a full refund and left; we were all too scared to stay without even walking into the rooms but from what I hear they are no good either. Do NOT stay here! It is by far the worst experience I've ever encountered and is a tourist trap for visiting locals.
