Good stay. pool was good. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Put white towel on floor after getting out of shower the white towel was black due to the floor being so dirty. Questions me how well the rest of the room was really cleaned. The screens and the heater were clogged full of dust as well.

My children absolutely loved this hotel and Waterpark. They loved the bunk beds in our room, enjoyed every minute in the waterpark(water was decent temp) hot tub was nice and hot(could've been cleaned or skimmed(get the hair floating around). Besides the hot tub our trip was well worth the price and the memories we made!

Don't get me wrong, I really enjoyed this hotel. It needs some updating on decor, like it's trapped in the early 2000's, but that's definitely not a deal breaker. The indoor "water park" is really a medium sized water jungle gym that's a little colder than it probably ought to be, with a small pool and a hot tub, a small bar, and an attached game room with a couple arcade cabinets. For the price this time of year, it's pretty good. If you can afford it, I would recommend the nicer resort hotels with the indoor parks, but if you're working on a budget this place really is a solid 8/10. Staff are friendly and it's clean, which is always a huge plus in my book. Rooms have patios, also a plus. Layout is a bit confusing, but the front desk gives you a map booklet with a literal butt-ton of coupons for local restaurants and tourist destinations. They have guest laundry services as well, super convenient if you need that.

3rd time here and as usual the visit went great. Didnt know what to expect during covid but it was nice. Very quiet, not too many people, we ended up having the pool area to ourselves 95% of the time. Not sure how often they clean and wipe down since I only saw housekeeping cleaning during checkouts.

We booked the “Volcano Suite” for 4 nights. Immediately checking in the room was dark and smelled dingy, but we ignored it and wanted to have a good time. The third night, someone woke up to a bedbug on their pillow around 1am & bites all over them! We pulled the sheets & checked the mattress & there were definitely more bugs around the bed frame. We had 4 adults & 7 kids - 2 of them being babies, that stayed. We went to staff immediately to let them know, packed all of our stuff, and left as fast as we could. We spent a whole day of vacation at the laundry mat washing everything that was kept in the room! We then saw a review left by someone saying their child also stayed in that room and was bitten as well, in which the staff replied “they assure the rooms are cleaned and checked”. Yeah, obviously not! The staff was friendly though. We checked into the Holiday Inn right down the street from the Atlantis and had a great time finishing out the remainder of our trip! By then, 3 or 4 people had bed bug bites appear. We did get a refund of money, thank goodness. Save your money and your time and book at the Holiday Day Inn!! And before anyone replies, yes they were definitely bed bugs!

We recently took a trip to the Dells. What a great experience we had cancelling our major overbooked hotel stay and luckily ending up at Atlantis. The rooms were decent. The housekeeping great and friendly. The water park perfect to watch our little ones enjoy themselves. Our two year old had a pool he could just wander around. Pool area with a hot tub for adults in view of the other pools. A little less Chlorine would have been better but overall greatest pools for watching everyone have a great time. The price was unbeatable and staff was friendly and great at all times.

We stayed from Friday to Thursday. I have 4 kids. 10,8,2,1. Waterpark was perfect for them and I could see them at all times. Less stress. Kids had a great time. Room service was wonderful and honestly made our stay more enjoyable and less stress on mom. Coming back to a clean room is refreshing. Thank you Atlantis for a fun memory filled spring break!

It's not the way I remember years ago. Rooms need to be updated. My room was dirty. I had to clean the chair by the dining table, things on the floor near the bed, fridge smelled. No security during the day. The doors to the hotel are left unlocked until 11pm then you need your key card to enter. Breakfast was a joke. No light in the breakfast room. Juice machine was not working. They made juice in a large pitcher your thing and the justice was warm. The good thing: they give you a 25% off coupon for Knuckleheads.

Great Price, Great Workers, Comfy Beds.
We originally booked a room at mt Olympus after hating it we care here. My small daughter loved the water park here and the pools. I couldn’t drag her out of them when it was time to go. The rooms are so much nicer then I was expecting since reading the reviews but, I love that everything works and is very nice. Since it’s the off season the breakfast was small, but it works okay for my family since we aren’t breakfast type people and my small daughter would just eat cereal anyways. The staff was so nice if we needed anything they took the time to help us. We will be coming back. If you have little kids and want a weekend get away with them this is the hotel. Very little kid friendly the water park is perfect for smaller kids.!

Room #300 could use some maintenance ( fire alarm in the bedroom have no battery, digital screen on air conditioner not showing right temperature, paint peeling off in places, freezer kept our ice cream nice and warm- get a new one).
As you replace carpet (you should) put martial arts mats underneath, could soften sound coming from room upstairs. Feels like elephants are running around upstairs. All of the couch shaking as people upstairs unleash monkeys on their room.
Staff was very very helpful and knowledgeable.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! The room smelled like smoke, the balcony door would not open, the tiles on the whirlpool tub we cracked and missing. The lights above the whirlpool tub did not work, the walls and ceiling were cracking. To get to the continental breakfast, you needed to walk through the pool area. Breakfast consisted of a plate of uncovered boiled eggs, a loaf of bread and English muffins thrown in a pastry display, one type of cereal and the juice had a syrup like consistency. There was no fruit available, and breakfast is only available from 8am to 10 am on Sat/Sun. "grab and go" available Mon-Fri. What made this stay even more uncomfortable was that the lock on the side entry door of the hotel DID NOT LOCK as it was BROKEN. It was open at all hours of the day and night and made us feel very unsafe staying at this hotel. Thankfully it was just my husband and I and not our child.

The room was great and the night front desk was great. Our rooms TV didn't work so she said we could switch rooms and if we did she'd give us a $20 credit. So we switched. When it came to checking out the morning manager was very snappy and unpleasant. We just wanted to check to see if the credit had been applied and the manager told us that we shouldn't be getting a credit and when she had seen that we had received one she became just a b***h about it. The manager makes me not give it 5 stars. The nice front desk gal makes it so I'd come back. And on the Internet it says free breakfast it's really not, it's a bag with 2 muffins 2 oranges and 2 small things of apple juice in which they call it a grab and go bag.

Pool pumps were needing repair so the slides were shut down in the pool area. Also, the indoor water park needs updating or touch up at minimal. Looks like parts of it were removed and never replaced. They went in on this as a minimal investment. I've had better showers at far cheaper hotels. The arcade room could also use help, and the free breakfast needs to be more than bread and cereal. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about local attractions.

We had a great time at Atlantis and would stay there again. Room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the indoor pool/water park and that there were pizza, sandwiches and "beverages" available at Neptune's. There are two water parks geared for younger families. We enjoyed our balcony. The outside of the building could use some maintenance but it was very centrally located and priced reasonably.

I thought the pools were great, and we were comfortable with 5 people in our room. The bunk bed was great and was actually long enough to fit my super tall friend. The continental breakfast was severely lacking though. You had choice of bread, cereal, or hard boiled eggs that had been left sitting out.

We stayed in the Neptune Suite which was the perfect size for our family of 6. The King size bed and 2 Queen size beds were comfortable and the sofa had a pull out bed if needed. This suite also included a Jacuzzi which we enjoyed after a long day at Noah's Ark water park. Also worth mentioning is the balcony, 2 flat screen TVs, fireplace, microwave, and a kitchen sink. All which is useful for a large family. We were pleased with our stay and are likely to return.

Great location for walking to Noah's Ark, restaurants and other activities. Housekeeping was a bit questionable and hotel is definitely older. Price was reasonable given the free (no hot items) breakfast and Noah's Ark tickets. The best part was the room option for 6 people (bunk beds and two queen beds), which is hard to find, and it was for no added cost. We didn't use their pools at all - very chloriny and mainly for smaller children.

Not to bad. Family of 7 with a baby. The room is decent in size and what you pay for. Management is very polite. The free breakfast was very disapointing for a family hotel. There was cereal, milk, juice, toast, oranges, and eggs. Very small seating area for meal. Wish the beds were not dipped in the middle but i have been in worse.

Nice hotel. Clean. Spacious room. Only $157. Came with four free passes to Noah's Ark waterpark. Would give it 5 stars for the great value, except the continental breakfast was horrible. Where's the bacon?!?
