The amenities of this Resort are great however so are almost all hotels in Wisconsin Dells. The staff was friendly however the decor needed some major upgrades. Carpet in the room was stained. Very close to many restaurants, outlet mall and entertainment. We spent three days here for a conference. When I asked the desk staff for toothpaste as I had forgotten mine they tried to sell me some. If I were returning with my family I would choose to stay elsewhere however the rate for the conference was a deal.

Overall rooms were in great condition. If you're looking for a well kept retro resort, this is your place. Only downside is that the resort is so large that you need to walk through the halls for a long time it your room is not close to the check-in/front desk

This place is a joke. Over priced buffet, fruit was not fresh at least 3 weeks old. When we got to our room refrigerator was leaking water on floor and table. We got an appolgy house keeping unplugged it they said. You can here the water in the pipes running through walls. The baby/ kiddie pool had poop floating in it. The slide they have unsupervised my son went down wasn't even able to get out the way before he got ran in to by 5 other kids. I went to go to front desk to get some one they picked the phone up and acted busy. I only came here cause. resort uses this place 3 stars that's a bit stretching it

I would like to take a moment to thank Shirley Lewandowski, the Group Sales Agent for your hotel. She went above and beyond to accommodate our Arrowhead Camping Group during our stay March 3/2/18 - 3/3/18. Everyone had a pleasant stay & we can't thank you enough.

I would like to say that the hotel breakfast brunch was delicious. Also, All employees were very nice & always very friendly.

The hotel could use some updates like the hall carpets, pool ceiling area should be cleaned. Also, more tables and chairs would be nice in the pool area.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I would stay there again.

The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and ice castle. We had kids ages 6-13 all playing on the castle and in the pool. They enjoyed it immensely. This made everything all worth it. Now if you’re looking for an updated all fresh painted super clean hotel look elsewhere. There is the outdated decor, peeling wallpaper, tile grout dirt but all in all most of the stuff seemed clean. The beds were rock hard and most of the pillows were quite flat. Again if you are looking for fancier bed and pillows look elsewhere. With the updated decor and fancier bed though you’ll be paying lots more $$. Beds aside we would still stay there again as the kids had a great time there. It was a nice enough place for us.

Loved it. Great staff. Gorgeous rooms. Very quiet even though there was a wedding reception there we didn't hear a thing. Loved the Jacuzzi in the room slept great. Michelle at the front desk was awsome. Great pool and bar area.

The Restaurant here is a MUST VISIT for an Inexpensive and Extremely Delicious Meal!!
Their service was quite Pleasant and accommodating as well.

Decent enough. Not what I consider a resort but it was clean and comfortable. Mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave. Just stayed overnight so we didn't use the pool areas. Restaurant doesn't open until 8am for breakfast which is way to late for most travelers so we had to go somewhere else. I would equate it to a Super 8 type hotel that was good enough we would stay again.

We didn't stay at the hotel but we ate at there restaurant. The wait staff is refreshingly very pleasant. The food was good. Our waitress was very nice and also gave us togo coffee cups without us asking. Those little things matter to me. I'm usually not impressed while staying in the Dells but this place was a great change. Keep up the great customer service!!!

This place is in a fabulous location. There are a lot of food options within walking distance and just a short drive to many of the dells attractions. The rooms are small and a bit outdated but clean

Not a bad place to stay. If you can get past the fact that it needs a lot of updating. The pool area was nice, again, it needs some updating though. Our room was very spacious and clean. We ate breakfast at the hotel's restaurant and it was very good. I would definitely stay here again. For the price, it was a great value. We also got free passes to Noah's Ark that we didn't have time to use.

We had breakfast here. They have a great variety of options to satisfy anyone and the food is excellent. On Saturday and Sunday they also have a breakfast buffet. Their prices are reasonable too. It's not a busy place so you won't have to wait long to be served nor wait long to get your food.

It's a decent, older styled hotel. I can't say too much because I only stayed for one night, but for the cheap price you pay for one night, it's well worth the cost. Each of the rooms is decently sized, not to small, but also not very large. I often found myself unable to find a place to sit when I was with my 3 friends. The beds are good enough. The sheets are comfortable, the mattress is firms but the pillows leave a little to be desired. They're thick and soft, but a bit too thick, like you're stacking two decent pillows on top of each other and it bothers you. Overall, good hotel for the price.
