Clean, convenient, cheaper than most. Good sized rooms compared with most at this price. Rooms in Manhattan are notoriously SMALL! Good service and the location, close to Herald Square, Bryant Park and the NYC public library, is good.

Hotel was perfect for our trip. Near to Penn Station, Bryant Park and the Empire State Building. Clean rooms, friendly staff and a bit less expensive than its uptown cousins. Right at Macys and only steps to subway. Would definitely stay there again.

What a great place for my sister and her family. They did everything to help make a marathon runner feel at home and comfortable. Easy location for the tourist to enjoy the city. Staff was above and beyond. Great Place.

Great hotel, location and very clean and quiet. Yes, room was a little small, but used it only for bathing, resting and sleeping on a very comfy bed. Windows opened to let in air and housekeeping and front desk staff were very very nice. Would love to come back.

I didn’t even had the chance to consider staying at this place and I wouldn’t recommend it at all! I use their outside chair to peacefully meditate every morning for 5 minutes. We all know this is a very stressful city. I always ask the guest if I can share the table and I have never had a problem before. If I need to move, I move, giving priority to the guest. But just this morning somebody from the cleaning crew asked me to move in order to clean the floors, so I moved to another chair and he followed me around with a nasty attitude. I explained I only use a chair for 5 minutes and that If I couldn’t anymore, I completely understand; but he kept on being nasty, so I finally walked away and ignored him. If they can’t train their people to kindly explain their policies, I have zero interest in this hotel and I would never recommend it to anybody visiting NY.

The location here is very good - close to all of the subways, and right in the middle of Manhattan. That being said, this also means it is a very tight and congested area, so everything is small and pricey, although that is to be expected. The hotel itself is well kept and has good security as well as a few useful amenities such as baggage holding.

Great location right in midtown. They held our luggage before the room was ready. Room was small as you would expect in Manhattan, but tidy. Good view from room. No complaints!

A little bit hard to find, until you're definitely on the right corner. Very nice staff, someone gave us a VERY good recommendation to a nearby burger place (The Counter). Easy WiFi access, quality amenities. The "business center" is next to/apart of the lounge area on one side, but you can print from either phone or laptop.

I would stay at this hotel again. This was my first time in NYC so I don't have anything to compare to, but the price seemed reasonable for the area and the location was great.

A couple of things that I really enjoyed: I was able to check in ahead of time on my phone & was given the option to choose the room that I wanted. Since this was my first time in NYC, I wanted a good view. The Hilton app showed me exactly what rooms were available on which floor. I went to Google maps & used the satellite and street views to determine which side of the building would give me the ideal view and selected my room based on that. The app discloses that the room may change upon arrival, but I wound up getting the exact room that I chose.

This was also the first time I've been offered the digital key for room access. I did have to stop by the front desk for a quick minute to show my ID. The person at the desk was very nice. He said they recently started using the digital key so he wanted me to take a physical card key as well, just in case. I wound up not needing the card key, but I'm glad it was offered.

Photo attached is the view from room 2806 looking up at the Empire State Building.

Always long wait for elevators that were very small and didn't fit many people. Great City views. Air conditioning has sensor to know if you are in the room or not which made the air turn off overnight making for an uncomfortable hot nights sleep.

The location was in great proximity to Madison Square Garden, only 3 blocks away. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but was ok. The pillows were very flimsy. The view was great as we had a perfect view of the Empire State Building. The elevator situation was ridiculous. We waited for almost 25 minutes for the elevator to get to our floor on the day we checked out. Staff was very nice & accommodating. Overall, it was a decent experience.

Excellent location for getting around the city and out to the island. My room was on the 18th floor, double beds, no suite. Room was clean, organized, and comfortable. Safe, microwave, and mini fridge were provided. Curtains did a great job of blocking out city lights. Would definitely stay again.

This was one easy transaction. Since we have booked the tickets online and posts for the room, the check in was very easy. They gave us for water bottles and also some cookies. The room was nice and clean and meet our expectations given that we were only planning on using the room for night's sleep. The firing mooring the check out was also smooth and quick. Great experience, loved it, and, would recommend it to people!!

Very nice hotel experience. My room had an incredible view of the Empire State Building, my favorite Building in New York City. The room was nice and upscale and very clean. Had a microwave, kerug coffee, refrigerator, was nice.
Front desk were very nice people. I had a parking problem and ended up needing to Park elsewhere and the hotel credited me for my extra expense. Very knowledgeable about of the City. I had a 15 minute talk with one front desk person and he answered all my questions.
Only thing I didn't like was not having breakfast included. I was $19.95. I ate elsewhere in the City.
I would stay here again. Nice hotel overall.
