An absolute delight! Great midtown location. Smiling attentive staff. Beautiful accomodations. I will be back!
Great place to stay in Midtown. My King Junior suite was huge and had a nice view. Came fully equipped with two TVs, sofa, and Japanese washlet toilet. Two minor complaints: Lack of power outlets in the room, and lack of a master light switch.
Great location. Nice low key vibe. A little dated. Soft mattress. Bidet toilet combo. Marble bathroom and nicely appointed bedroom. 4 short blocks from Grand Central. Half a block from classic Rossini's Italian restaurant.
Super clean and well kept hotel (compared with what you can find in NY at a decent price!). I have been upgraded in a corner room for 2 night and it was fab! But also standard room are very nice. Food also delicious. A little bit of variety in breakfast would be recommended they don't have gluten free offer, but a part of that Absolutely recommended!
I love this place. The staff, especially the night manager, were professional, friendly and courteous. The clean up-to-date rooms are complimented by the bathrooms which feature marble walls, counters and showers. Overall a great place to stay if your in New York City.
great place to have overnight stays and convenient to travel to local stores
The bed sucked. The service was solid. The toiletomgit will be the best relief of your life! Best sumo ive ever had!
I stayed at the Kitano Hotel for 3 Nights. Its really close to Times Square which was a good thing since we wanted to see what the excitement was about. The room I reserved was the Superior King room. I requested to have a window view and was happy that I got it. I got there before the check in time, 3PM and requested to be checked in early. We were able to check in early since the cleaning had been done as told by the front desk receptionist. The Staff was really friendly. 5/5 Customer service. The Room was really clean as well! My girlfriend had a bad night the night before we were supposed to check out. I gave the front desk a call and the manager gave us an extra hour to check out w/ no fee. This helped us so much and I was really grateful for this, so I decided to write a review. Overall we both enjoyed this stay. We both give it a 5/5 and will visit back if we were to come back for our own little vacation.
Hotel is well located (very close to the Grand Central Station). The room was smelly. I complained about it in the first day, but they never found a different room. There are better options in the same area for the same price.
Good price for new york and big rooms
Best jazz in New York.and that's a bold claim! Great food, great staff..and above all, superb jazz.
Three blocks from Grand Central puts the entire City within walking distance. Great bathrooms. Typically smallish NYC rooms
Perfect location just a few blocks from Grand Central, great service and nice rooms, its a little expensive
It was a nice hotel with very friendly staff. The water out of the sink though was brown at the beginning. My family is other rooms didn't have this problem though
