Good clean, quiet and well kept (typical) HGI. It is situated in a quiet business park next to another Hilton property. Features all of the standard HGI amenities including restaurant, bar, breakfast, and plenty of lobby seating. Pool, hot tub and a large number of guest rooms. Staff is friendly and location is close to downtown and surrounding suburban locations.

Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Room was clean and in great shape. The morning breakfast was excellent as were the people helping serve it. I highly recommend the western omlet!

Super friendly staff. Location was good. Just outside the city area of Harrisburg. 20 minutes from Hershey. Rooms were cleaned and stocked daily. Indoor and Outdoor pool. Fitness center. Laundry facilities. I had the breakfast and it was good. Figuring out where to sit and how to order was a little confusing but the time we were there was busy. Bar area is nice and stocked. There's one TV at the bar and another TV in the lobby area off to the side. Overall, I had a good experience.

I only write reviews when things are amazing or terrible, and this experience was terrible. While traveling from TN to MA, we decided to stop for the night in the area and called to book a room with a whirlpool here, which they said they had. Two hours later, we checked in and went to our room, but no Jacuzzi! And no mention of there not being one, though our email confirmed that's what we booked. After calling front desk and finding out none were even available, we left the overpriced hotel and drove to a Best Western in the area that did have whirlpool rooms, and for half the rate! Overpriced with unreliable bookings don't waste your money here.

My family and I wanted to go to Hershey Park. The hotels really close to Hershey were out of our budget so we searched a little bit further away and found this place. It's knly about 15 minutes away from Hershey, restaurant in the hotel with a bar, 2 pools, 1 indoor, 1 outdoor, and an indoor hot spa. Concierge was extremely helpful and friendly. Close to some other nice restaurants. Breakfast was great even though I had to pay for it. Highly recommend.

The only complaint I have is that the bathroom light is on a timer. I like to leave the light on at night and the door barely cracked open in case I have to go in the middle of the night. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was $11 dollars with all the hot food made to order and a good selection of other breakfast foods that were buffet style. The cleaning staff did a good job replenishing and cleaning my room. I will definitely be staying here again.

Hotel is clean and well kept. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are quiet and well equipped for a business traveller - small fridge and a Keurig coffee maker. Too bad breakfast isn't included with the $122 room rate

This is a very ordinary hotel that charges a lot of money for less. You're better off with the Homewood suites across the street. They have a happy hour , free breakfast and better rooms for about the same money.
The swimming pool is small and cramped.
Here the breakfast is expensive and not that good. Service is slow.
Did not enjoy my stay here at all.

Stayed a night before and after my vacation fit easy access to the airport. Staff were great and extremely friendly. Room was nice with great beds and pillows. Everything was clean and it was very quiet. Ordered room service and they gave 20% off for being a few minutes late. On the night coming back from vacation I couldn't get a hold of the front desk for the shuttle and they repaid my taxi without even having to ask. Hard to find good customer service these days and they were great. Would recommend them and will stay again if I'm in town.

I attended a seminar here. The facility was great. The staff was friendly. The one issue that I had was there was a maintenance crew doing work in the only public women's restroom and there was no sign or anything indicating that so when we had a break and went to walk into the bathroom there were men working on the sink. They did apologize and leave so that we could use the bathropm while on our break.
