Great location! Very fresh and clean. Only complaint was the noisewe had a room by the elevator on the second floor and we could hear all the traffic at the elevators as well as thumping from the 3rd floor. Hotel didn't seem to have standard soundproofing.

Great place to stay, its like a little apartment..living room , seperate bedroom, and Huge bathroom. It was all updated with modern decor. 👍

Everyone has been wonderful! The girls at the front desk yesterday webt out of the way to get us an early check in, and gavr suggestions on a plave to visit whil we waited. Suoer friendly, and breakfast is delicious!!!

Asked at check-in if they gave AAA discounts. Was told that they did and I showed them my card. Next morning at check-out they would not give it to me stating there were no more AAA rooms available when I checked in and I should have been told that. What? Never was given that excuse before. Also, most of the hotels near Hershey Medical Center give discounts if you are there with family. Not this Hampton. But if you go to the Hampton closer to the Medical Center they gladly give a discount. The only reason I went there was because I asked valet for directions to a Hampton and that was where they sent me. Never again. My bill $183.84 compared to my niece staying at the other Hampton just down the road for $89.

The rooms are very clean and modern. Felt very much at home. The location is nice as well. It's not too far away from everything. Really close to the park. It's about a 5 minute drive if that. I loved the hotel and would choose to stay here again.

Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. Room was ready by 1! Happy to see the electronic key worked well. Similar to HI Express, I'd like to see soft and firm pillow options.

Our stay was fine. It is not far from the park and fairly easy to find. The walls and floors are a bit thin though. There was a large group including many children (possibly for a school trip?) also staying. The hotel did nothing to curb the noise level of these children. The kids were running up and down the halls well past midnight. The pool area was inaccessible due to unsupervised children misbehaving and not following rules (through no fault of the hotel) though a warning to the people supposedly supervising would have been nice. No hot tub in the pool area. TV easy to control, air conditioning functions well, wonderful large tub that can easily accommodate plus sized people (such as myself). Beds are a bit firm but not uncomfortable. Morning breakfast has a fairly good selection.

Our room was amazing we stayed in one of the second floor suites and loved every minute of it! There was plenty of room for my 3 kids ages 14, 10, and 7. It also had a separate area for my wife and I to sleep away from them. The indoor pool even though it was smaller was a perfect distraction for the kids since the temperatures outside were not high enough to participate in any outdoor activities. The continental breakfast was also amazing it included fresh scrambled eggs, sausage, pastries, cereal, juice, milk, and yogurt. I will definitely stay here again the next time we come to visit my daughter.

Very clean and professional. Staff was helpfully when we needed something. Kids loved the pool and they are very accommodating for our entire Lady Lions team.

Very good service. Friendly staff, nice pool. Guests were generally well mannered as well. The only problem we had was that the staff charged or credit card three times, though the charge looks like it will fall off.
