Typical low to mid range hotel. Easy parking. Decent sized rooms. Room was difficult to get to comfortable temp - too hot then too cold. And VERY close to interstate - lots of road noise. Had to keep fan running to sleep.

Horrible. First, one of the front desk employees interrupted my conversation with another employee about booking my room and had a horrible attitude towards me. It was highly uncalled for and unprofessional. Then, my card was charged $100.58 more than agreed upon. Luckily I keep track of my accounts and found this issue. I called to have it refunded in which the gentleman on the phone said he'd do immediately and 24 hours later nothing had been returned to me. There were several complaints from other travelers staying in the hotel while I was checking in at the desk. Plumbing issues all over the building.
I would not stay at this hotel again.

I came here for an all day meeting and was very pleased. Every single staff person I encountered was so nice and helpful. The catering was excellent.

I stayed on the 4th floor in a room with two double beds. There was a microwave and fridge, nice workstation. The room was clean and decorated fine. I found the beds to be a little squeaky and uncomfortable.

Very easy access from the highway, easy to locate, more than adequate parking.

I definitely recommend this property for events or for a quick overnight stay.

Housekeeping needs manners & to learn to respect the do not disturb sign. Mattress was passable at best. Bathrooms dated. Half of front desk staff was down right prickly, while the other half was helpful & friendly. Room service was FAST and fine. Bar tenders were good, but sometimes missing. Pool was dirty or stained on the bottom & smallish.

My experience at this Holiday Inn was fair at best. The price for our room was great so that is a big plus. However there were a few minor issues. The room smelled very musty since the air was not on high when entering the room. This hardly went away during the night. The bathroom was also very awkwardly setup. The pool was not nice. The bed wasn't overly comfortable either. But you do pay for what you get so I would recommend this Holiday Inn to someone who wants to experience Hershey with a one-night stay on a budget. If you can afford something nicer I would suggest that but this is affordable.

Great hotel room for an evening. The hotel itself is a convention center which we didn't know upon booking. Not saying that's a bad thing just something the average consumer may want to know in advance. The saloon was a nice little place to have a beer or cocktail at the end of the day. The did have a wooden dance floor in which they normally teach line dancing on sunday evenings. Needless to say, my wife was upset it was cancelled the day we stayed there. They do have a little fitness center and two pools, one inside and outside. They also do have an inside Jacuzzi which I meant to make time for but unfortunately we had to get out of dodge due to inclement weather and by that I mean "tornado warning." It certainly made for a fun time at the park (sarcasm*).

Speaking of which, if you are going to be going to Hershey Park it is about 7 miles away which actually translates to about a 15 minute drive through back country roads and residential areas. We would probably stay again if needed.

Front desk staff were rude on the phone, and they did not have all the rooms ready by 4 pm check in. However, the rooms were nice. Clean, comfy. 11 o'clock check out is nice.

Conveniently located right off the highway. A somewhat older hotel, but clean and renovated inside. The rooms are nice and spacious. The restaurant was also good.

Attend a professional conference. Conference rooms are recently updated. Coffee and tea is provided in the morning. Lunch can be convienently ordered from the hotel restaurant in morning and available immediately at lunch break. Conference room was cold in morning but when they increased temp at request of presenter, room was comfortable.

I work for the government and we travel to this area several times a year. This past weekend myself and many of my co-workers chose to stay at this establishment. It was the first time but will definitely be the last time. We had rooms that did not have refrigerators and or microwave ovens in the rooms several dead and live insects were present in our rooms. Hot water temperature would change from hot to cold in the middle of a shower. The gym had 3 treadmills 2 were inoperable and the third was stuck on a very slow speed. The hotel just seemed to be very archaic. And to top things off because we work for the government we are authorized and required to submit a Government Tax Exempt form that we all submitted but were still charged a 6% Room Occupancy Tax $5.34 per night. We were not satisfied with this hotel and cancelled all future reservations.

    Respectfully Shannon
