Great customer service from store employee and manager. Had a issue with the deliver and phone rep was not helpful. Store manager corrected the issue right away.

Love the pieces we picked out. The sales staff was very friendly and did not hover. I only have 4 stars because of the extended delivery time on our purchase 3 weeks.

Worked with sales lady Doris that was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Felt very comfortable with no high pressure sales tactics. Will definitely ask for her on my next visit.

Though my sales person was pleasantthis experience has been AWFUL! Please do not purchase anything from this brand, but especially do not purchase the stain warranty they sell you at checkout. We have a less than 3 year old sofa and love seat that looks like it's 20 years old. We are not hard on our furniture, do not have pets on the furniture, and DO NOT mistreat our things. The has been the worst piece of furniture I have ever purchased. It soaks up every thing and DOES NOT come clean. They have sent people to our home twice to "clean" the stains only to have them return and be worse!! Now they will not honor their warranty, even though I have reached out several times to tell them how poor these pieces are and how the stain treatment DOES NOT WORK. I have never left a review online before, but I am so disappointed I could not let it go without being said. They mislead you to think it will be guarded from stains when, in reality, I swear it has caused them to be worse. I will never purchase from here again and I will continue to spread the word to those around me to do the same. They do not honor their word.

Everyone greeted me on the way in and on the way out, the sales staff is also pretty helpful and they won't attack you at once to make a sale. A lot of their items are affordable but some just look pretty cheap made

Bought adjustable mattress and king sleigh. Was told everything was returnable.
They delayed delivery our king sleigh 1 1/2 months. When we found out we wanted to return everything.
Except the mattress is returnable, but the adjustable frame is not. The frame is just for the mattress, so we were decieved.
I would never buy from them again.

Purchased a new bedroom and living room. Doris is awesome! No high pressure sales, very patient, and very informative. After the initial purchase, made a slight change to the order (purchased a second dresser instead of a media cabinet) and Doris handled it no problem. The reduction in stars is NOT for Doris. Doris gets 5+. The reduction in stars is for the storage bed. Even with the bed made, you can see the slats on both sides of the mattress and the board. You can see down IN TO the drawers. Yes, the board that goes over the slats and under the mattress was purchased. Neither that nor the mattress fits the frame of the bed completely. I went in to the store tonight and was told that is to give room for the comforter. Their own marketing pictures for this bed shows the comforter/spread tucked in at the foot board and both sides. So, whatever is stored in the drawers of the bed will NOT be 100% covered/enclosed, almost defeats the purpose of putting items in drawers, and you will see the slats.

I am not a person that likes to go into a store and speak to a person in order to understand what I am buying, I am really good with researching online and feeling comfortable with completing my purchases that way. When it came time for my wife and I to purchase furniture for our new home, we decided that we needed to see and feel our future investment in person. When we came in the first go around, we were greeted by a gentleman with a witty sense of humor named Todd. The moment we met Todd, we automatically felt at ease with our in person purchasing decision and trekked forward. Todd was very patient and knowledgeable about all the inventory available. He worked his magic to get us what we needed when items were hard to locate. When we needed to switch items out, it was an easy process due to Todd's ability to identify with our needs, I would recommend this location to everyone with a strong suggestion to work with this nice and high energy young man..

I would recommend friends and family to go here and ask for Nichole. She was extremely helpful, friendly, and goes out of her way to make sure that you get the best customer servic possible. She assisted us with finding the perfect addition to my room. She answered all our questions and concerns.

Went in today and it was our second time to Rooms To Go. Each time the service we received was great. The sales people were attentive, helpful and didn't pressure us to make a purchase. Instead they really cared to find out what we needed and helped us resolve it. Todd helped us today and he was awesome, paid attention to everything we needed, and gave us a 5 star service. Thanks
