Staff up front acts like they are doing you a favor by answering questions even though it’s their job, I’ve sat and waited for an hour and half to be seen. Today they are open per the advertisement on google but no one is answering the phone as I’m trying to call about a crown I was prepped for almost 2 months ago and have of yet to receive a call back about when to come back to have it put on. I know it hasn’t taken this long because I got a crown before with them and it only took 3 weeks instead of 6.

1st visit was with kids first today by referral. Everyone was sooo nice and helpful. I look forward to going back for my scheduled appointment and future treatment!

Had a 12:30 appt. They called 8am and asked could I be there before 9am because the doctor was sick. Got there at 8:45 sat in the lobby until 12:15pm. Could have just kept my regular appt. Never seen anything like this.

I took my two-year-old in due to a case of bottle carry. The staff was very nice, gentle, and reassuring, not to mention fast! Any small child is going to be afraid of the dentist but they do their best to get what needs to be done over with. They did a great job, I will be going back.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE!! This place is horrible. They are all about the money. She skipped over a cracked tooth, told me it was fine. Then I made an appt. For teeth cleaning, just to come in for a check up and them charge me 75$ for something I never asked for.

Our family has had an excellent experience at Kids First Dental. We bring our four children to this practice and they have been great. I even started going after I saw that they take adults too and have had an excellent experience and a very good hygenist. They have a very calm and caring manner with children and the office folks are excellent about working with our dental insurance and letting me know up front what the costs will be (and all of the costs have been reasonable). One of our children needed "baby root canals" and they were able to do this while keeping her calm. Scheduling was also done very well (they were able to see all four of our children at once).

Very not caring for the kids ..only a medicaid claim.. So sad..
. If you have to work and can't make an appointment they don't work with you, they will throw your kids out of their office. I am glad my kids is not attending kid First Dental any more.. Thanks now I can go find my kids a better Dental office..response / report this review
