LOVE was recommended by several friends and I will now recommend to others! I had a dying hot water heater and Sean was the technician assigned to help me. He was professional, friendly and after inspecting the water heater, discussed options with me. I decided to proceed with a new unit. I was surprised when he said he could replace it the same day!!! He quickly drove back to the office to pick up the new unit and returned to my house within the time frame he indicated. It took a few hours for him to complete the task! WOW!! I am pleased with the installation and knowing that it was completed by a trained professional.

Chris at my home today; performed annual electrical inspection. Very thorough and courteous. Completed task promptly and advised on changes going forward. Appreciated his friendliness and recommendation.

I just closed in my new home and was stressing out about finding an electrician to install an EV charger for my car. Every other electrician I called said the earliest they come out would be over a week from now. I called Love and they were able to have someone come out in less than an hour. Donnie was extremely friendly, efficient, and professional. I would definitely recommend Love and specifically Donnie.

EDIT: After being loyal customers for the last few years, Love's is not what it once was. After 3 scheduled services where no one showed up - or even bothered to call to let us know they couldn't get there - I have had to take my business elsewhere. They used to be a fantastic company to deal with. I have no idea what has happened, but I can no longer recommend them. They have zero regard for your time or loyalty. This is the first review I've ever left like this for a business, and I truly hated to do it. As you see below, this was once a glowing 5-star recommendation.

Found these guys by doing a Google search, and was impressed from the minute they answered the phone. Had someone here within 48 hours. Brandon was running a little behind, but they called to let me know. He made up for it with his customer service, knowledge, and obvious expertise. I had several issues that made for a big job, and he jumped right in, without hesitation, and fixed them all. The price was also very reasonable. Good help is hard to find, but when you find it, you know it. Love Plumbing, Air & Electrical earned a loyal customer today. Can't recommend highly enough.

They have invested in their employees, like my Electrician, Tucker, as well as the professionalism of their service. I highly recommend them for one-stop shopping of your home's infrastructure needs. After calling several companies, Love Plumbing was the only one who would come out at 6:00 that evening. Paul S. assessed the situation and clearly explained what needed to be done. Although, he was not able to complete the job that night, he returned early the next morning to do the work! Paul was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Love Plumbing when you are in need of service and definitely encourage you to ask for Paul S. to be your service provider!

Brandon came by to fix electrical problems with the outlets and switches. Was super nice, Honest and very professional! He worked with me on a price that fit my budget. If you have an electric problem ask for Brandon!

This was our first time having someone from Love Plumbing and we were very impressed. Ryan was knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. He did a good job explaining the issue and the solution. He responded to our questions. Then, he completed the job well. He also explained the overall system with Love Plumbing so we would know about options for the future. Excellent job and we'll definitely continue to call Love Plumbing for future jobs.

Gene Love Plumbing responded to my needs immediately after I called this morning. Kayla answered the phone and was very friendly and helpful as always! She took thorough notes about my problem and sent in the request for service. In a very short time, Trey called me back and told me he had a technician that he could send my way very soon. I was so pleased to learn that Jacob H, who I requested for service if he was available , had been dispatched to help me!

Jacob has been to our home on numerous occasions to repair a variety of plumbing issues. He does a fantastic job of explaining what he finds and walks us through the process of what it will take to make it work properly. Jacob did a thorough inspection of the plumbing involved and determined that this was a repair that would need to be fixed by an appliance technician.

I appreciated his honesty and the helpful suggestions/information he gave to pass along to the appliance technician now we will feel more empowered to talk with the appliance company when we request service!

Jacob always makes us smile with his friendly demeanor, and his natural ability to pass along information in terms that we understand!! We always feel like we are in good hands with Love Plumbing!!

I highly recommend Gene Love to my friends and family. My technician, Z. Wiley, was very professional and very knowledgeable of his responsibilities. I sincerely appreciated how Mr. Wiley explained to me, in details, the problem with my air condition system, the necessary repairs, and also recommended a preventive measure to ensure proper functioning of our air conditioning system. We had used Gene Love Plumbing previously and was especially impressed with the work done by Jeff P. So when we needed some additional work to change out some leaking faucets we were perfectly happy to use Jeff again. We were not disappointed. Jeff arrived on time, went straight to work, and quickly completed the job. He was straight-forward and suggested two options, one more expensive than the other. He said he would first check things out and would not recommend the more expensive option unless absolutely necessary. As it turns out things were in okay shape and we were able to go with the cheaper options. Jeff was courteous, professional and efficient. His work was of very high quality.

While, like anyone else I would prefer not to have to use any plumber again, but when I do I will call Gene Love Plumbing and ask for Jeff!
