I wandered into the store last night knowing I probably wanted a wig but totally clueless on anything wig related!
Kelly and Leslie greeted me with huge smiles and immediately made me feel comfortable.
I told them what I thought I wanted and they pulled several options for me to try on.
After being educated on lace fronts vs. Full lace a settled on a full lace, beautiful two toned wig!
I was then given a private lesson on how to put it on, how to style it, how to care for it, etc.. I literally felt like a wig expert when I left!
It is an investment so I feel like the only way to treat people investing this kind of money is to take whatever time they need to walk away without any regrets. I definitely have zero regrets and will be back for more!!

If there were a million stars I would give it to Leslie!!! my daughter is only 13 years old and lost all of her hair due to a medical condition. Where medicine failed my daughter, Leslie brought hope and solutions. Without Leslie my daughter would have never been courageous enough to go back out in public and back to school. Every product Leslie ordered for us was the highest of quality. Her customer service is impeccable. But above all, her compassion is what places her head and shoulders above the rest!!!

Leslie is a God send! For 2 years now I have been going natural. The transition is hard and I can’t particularly say that I have embraced this natural look. I had been wearing a wig that I purchased from one of the local Korean stores. Of course the service there was to sell you a wig, put it in a bag and send you out the door. I initially didn’t have any problem with the wig and wore it to cover up the transition that was taking place. My younger sister who is brutally honest expressed her feelings on the wig. She never liked it from onset. Over time I myself began to not like the look of the wig any longer. I would wear it to work and it immediately came off when I got home. To make a very long story shorter I had a wedding to attend on 7/3 and was dreading what to do with my hair. Not wanting to wear that wig, I contemplated having my hair relaxed or pressed to give me the look I was accustomed to prior to going natural. As the clock was winding down for the event and not being able to find a salon that could take me. I began to get anxious. I googled wigs near by and Leslie’s establishment came up with 4.9 stars. I called her and she told me to come in. She had the look I wanted. When I got there she was pleasant and very accommodating. I was thinking it was going to be a cash and go sell and was in awe of what happened next. Leslie did her thing. She hooked me up with a wig selection, braiding my natural hair and demonstrating how to use the edge protector. And finally the styling of the wig I selected. It was an awesome experience and I will definitely continue to patronize her business. Thank you Leslie for being such a blessing.

Amazing customer service !! Leslie, the owner has such a cheerful welcoming personality. The people she has working for her are as just as nice ! They take the time and patience to get you exactly what you want. It's hard to find good customer service but this store nails it!!! The hair they have is the best. The BEST place to go for a wig LADIES!!! I'm originally from NY and I travel to different states and this store is by far the best quality and customer service you will find in Columbia! They did an amazing job picking out my hair, dye, cut, wig installment, and style as well. They are very helpful and teach you as well about the products and do's and don't(s) of taking care of your wig. There is also a wide variety of wigs According to your personal preference so you can always find what you looking for!!! Leslie is the woman to go to I've had the best experience with her STRESS FREE !!!

Best service,best wig store,best,best,best place ever! I usually don't take the time to rate places,but this place was AWESOME! Customer service was outstanding,and the wig selection is great. I am natural, and I've grown tired of fooling with my hair. The wigs I purchased from other stores did not look as real as I wanted them to,but these wigs are amazing. For women new to the experience,they help you figure it out. Plus they will braid(small charge)your hair down for you. I am now a permanent customer.

I had a great first time experience today. I called for information and the happiest woman answered. She was informative and invited me to come to the shop. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately and walked through the wig selecting process. The whole time I was comfortable and felt like they wanted to find me the perfect fit. I did, too--a color I never would have chosen for myself! I appreciated the no pressure, caring atmosphere. I'd intended on purchasing only one wig, but since Lesley and her mother made it so fun, I'll definitely be back!
