These guys are the best. I randomly remembered that I had a maintenance scheduled, so I drove over there. They got me in and out within 30 minutes, and clearly explained everything they inspected. I love this place!

I bought a Toyota Highlander from Tim Jump 8 years ago. When it was time to buy a new car, I knew that I wanted to talk to Tim first! He found me an amazing new Sequoia, and I couldn’t be happier. An established and knowledgeable salesman. Easy to work with and no high pressure sales. Excellent buying experience. When we are in the market for our next new vehicle, I will definitely come talk to Tim first again!

10/10 would recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Heyward Allen Toyota. I specifically worked with Scott and Mike on my purchase. They were very knowledgeable and patient. I got burned on my last car purchase (from a different dealership), and they really respected my slow process of decision making. I have had my new car for about a week and I absolutely love it. They have a great selection of New Toyota’s as well as some great used vehicles. Go see my new friends at Heyward Allen.

The level of hospitality at this place is beyond my expectation. Sheryl Mazzeo,a sales representative was terrific in every sense of that word. She displayed a very impressive level of professionalism and was able to convince me beyond reasonable doubt to buy a car. Not just that,she called after I left to ensure that I am not having an issue whatsoever with the car I purchased. I am really impressed. I will recommend this place to anyone who wants to buy a good car

Bought my Camry at Heyward Allen Toyota today. Never have I had a better experience at a car dealership! Everyone was so kind and helpful, especially my salesman, Mike Dawson. We were very impressed with the Heyward Allen campus and its people -- a beautiful and refreshing place to do business.
Our sales consultant, LARRY GRIFFIN, gets the highest grade possible -- five stars plus. His wife, Nancy, was also very helpful. She works with him.
He was courteous, articulate, helpful, knew all the answers, patient, used time wisely, never pressuring, and overall just an outstanding person to deal with.

I've been working with The Champ for the past couple of weeks, and Scott made my buying experience effortless. I bought from their used car lot and The Champ went out of his way to facilitate a third party vehicle checkup, manufacturer recall inspection, and ensuring a couple repairs were done before the car left their lot. He streamlined the entire buying process and I couldn't be happier with my decision to work with Scott. I highly recommend you go see @askforthechamp the next time you're in the market for purchasing a vehicle!

They chipped he paint when removing the tape after the initial paint job, but they caught the error during the final inspection and made me aware of it as well as fixed it with no additional charge. They provided a rental car free of charge to cover those extra days. The only weakness was the communication between them and me. It was never clearly stated what the goal completion date was and towards the end I ended up having to make several calls to see if/when the car was done. Having said that I know it is a lot of work with lots of moving pieces and I want them to take as much time as they need for quality craftsmanship, I would just like to have had an idea for planning purposes on my end. With 4 kids and a wife with various activities scheduled, I needed a clearer picture of what to expect for our piece of mind.

Heyward Allen Collision was a wonderful choice for my SUV repair. Everything went smoothly from the time I called for the flatbed truck until the car was repaired. They were great working with the insurance company. The staff, Don, Tricia, and Johnny were all very courteous and kept me updated on the repair process. The work performed was excellent. I was completely satisfied with Heyward Allen Collision and really appreciate their professionalism.

My experience with Heyward Allen has been very pleasant. We have purchased several vehicles from Heyward Allen. We purchased our first vehicle from the dealership in 1981. Several more vehicles and sales people followed over the ensuing years.
Then a few years ago we met Phil Cross. He was our sales person for the purchase of a Toyota Tundra. He was very pleasant to deal with. He knew his side of the business well. He was able to understand what we were interested in accomplishing by purchasing yet another Tundra. This was the 3rd Tundra we had purchased. We then went back to him for another Tundra only to realize that as strong and capable as the Tundra is we needed to get something larger. Phil didn't miss a beat-he continued to be pleasant and interested in us having something that met our needs.
Fast forward to March 2, 2017. We went into Heyward Allen a couple weeks ago and began looking at the 2017 Highlander.
I always have lots of questions about all manner of things related to whatever vehicle we consider. He had all the answers. He made sense to us. He was pleasant and patient in his dealings with us. We looked at other vehicles at other dealerships. Some Toyota dealers and some not.
After that we made our decision-we would make our purchase at Heyward Allen and let Phil Cross be our sales person once again.
Long story short we drove out of there today, March 2, 2017, as the very satisfied owners of a new 2017 Highlander.
The. bottom line is that Heyward Allen is a great dealership. They are made even better with Phil Cross being on their team. Knowledgeable, honest, pleasant and transparent. That is how we would characterize him. Oh yeah he has an easy demeanor with a wonderful sense of humor.
To sum it up - Go to Heyward Allen and ask to speak with Phil Cross-you won't be sorry.response / report this review -

It was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Much of that is due to Frank Crane, who answered my every question and exerted zero pressure. I bought my first car in 1966, so I've been through many purchases. I highly recommend this dealership, and especially Frank Crane.
My experience with the collision center was reassuring. Over the years I've been most often disappointed in the work at other shops. They at Heyward Allen did the best work I've ever seen with our damaged fender. There's no way to distinguish that fender from any new car on the lot. Amazing work! I live an hour from Athens and am glad I made the drive to purchase a Camry. Joe Davis was extremely patient with me and knows his stuff. After listening to what I was looking for and the price range I wanted to stay within, he quickly found the perfect car for me. The people, place and process made the entire car buying experience worth it! I highly recommend Heyward Allen Toyota - and ask for Joe!!

My husband and I were very impressed with the professional and caring treatment we received at Heyward Allen Toyota the minute we walked in the door. Joe Davis was exceptionally friendly, efficient, attentive and helpful for our entire test driving and purchasing experience. He explained every aspect of the car and it's features. Joe answered all of our questions very patiently and was eager to make sure we understood everything. We can not think of anything that was not attended to and all the employees we dealt with were excellent. We would certainly recommend Heyward Allen Toyota to our friends.
