Everyone at the practice is very nice and caring. New patients need to make appointments days in advance but since the initial visit, I have had no problem getting an appointment.

As far as this clinic being labeled as a family practice under the insurances it is not true. I have had terrible service as far as needing to be seen for several reasons and I've been told to go to an emergency room for minor illnesses. Scheduling is horrible and it is hard to understand why when you do get in it takes for ever to get called back. The one experience with one of my appointments was that the Dr. that I saw was picking her teeth while in the exam room. I am very disappointed in this office.
