I'm not sure why everyone has given Maria such great reviews, she was awful for my daughter's first haircut. I made an appointment with Maria after reading all of the reviews, I told her SEVERAL times this was going to be her very first haircut. We arrived 20 minutes early, Maria was VERY impatient with her and wanted her to just sit still. Maria told her she had someone else coming soon to get a haircut, even though we were 20 minutes early and NO ONE ELSE WAS THERE. After Maria sprayed my daughter in the face with water, she was upset and wanted to leave. I agreed, I didn't want my daughter's first haircut to be like that so we left and NEVER went back.

First & last time I go to this place . I took my 2 year son for a haircut and as soon as we walk in he didn't want to be there. They didn't even say welcome or hello when you walk in. Theresa cut his hair but it looks like he cut his hair by himself . Literally the longest 30 minutes ever. She was like frustrated talking so much while he was going crazy she said she doesn't sleep at all etc. My son has a scratch on his neck that she did and his hair is all mess up she even splash me in the face with water and put the towel on my face so unprofessional we both walk out of there with hair every where, didn't leave no tip plus they charge way too much for a haircut that I could of done my self . Wouldn't recommend this place at all.

I take all 3 of my children here. They have lots toys to help the children feel comfortable. My kids get lots of compliments on their hair.

They're excellent and are skilled in cutting African American toddler kids hair. I was worried about having my son's hair cut at our local shop as opposed to going downtown where my husband gets his hair cut. All my fears were laid to rest. They are gentle and light handed and understand how young African American boys hair should be cut. They are fast and efficient. The venue has plenty of toys to keep him occupied the whole time.

I brought my daughter here twice and got an okay haircut. I went to leave a review and began reading the comments. Many of the 5 stars had Maria do their kid's hair. So I gave it one more try and made an appointment specifically with Maria. Best decision. She gave me tips on my daughter's hair type and how to care for it. Mine is kinky curly and daughter's is smooth/straight so I needed advice. She made recommendations and my daughter's hair is improving (it had damage). Maria was great with my 3 year old and when my daughter asked for an "Elsa" braid, Maria did a beautiful braid that wrapped around her head. My daughter was beaming with pride.

Our first experience here was awesome. We go for a second time, and my son's hair looks like he cut it. The older women with glasses, who in her words says 'i don't have kids ' was horrible. She was rude to us and my son. My husband kept checking to see if she was pinching him
I understand I have an unpredictable 2 year old, but my son has never acted like that during a hair cut. She kept rudely saying stop moving, your going to make me cut my fingers.
Just when we thought we fond a good place, she happen

Great first haircut experience for our three year old. Both our girls got a fresh, new cut and got to dress up like princess afterward and served snacks!
These ladies at Kuts 4 Kids in Alpharetta were fantastic! While we were there they had some special needs children that needed a trim. They're patience and professionalism with these children were some of the best I've ever seen. A++ Ladies! Thanks for making it a fun and memorable experience for the kids! We've been multiple times to see Ms Maria. She's so wonderful with my son. Very patient and if I need more cut, she always does more and doesn't give push back. My son is actually excited to come to get his haircut!

My son has been coming here since his first hair cut. He is now 3 and still loves to come here. Every week he ask for a haircut even if he does not need one. He gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot. Maria is so sweet and is very patient with my son. We love Kuts 4 Kids.

Best experience we have had at a kids salon! Maria was sweet, patient and very welcoming to us! My daughter loves having her hair done, especially the sparkle spray at the end and although my son did not have his hair cut then, he really enjoyed the play area and definitely the ceiling train!! Thank you!!

I have been coming to Kuts 4 Kids for 7 years. My boys received their first hair cut from Mrs. Maria and are still getting their hair cut by her at 6 and 8. She has went above and beyond to give both of my boys a great hair cutting experience. I have never quite seen someone cut the way she does when hair cuts were not my boys favorite thing to do. I know that when I want a good hair cut for my boys, Kuts 4 Kids is the place to go!!
