Jessica is the best here!! Definitely recommend her for doing your manicures, she will treat you so good compared to other manicurists, and she’s a perfectionist which is amazing because you know your nails won’t be left half assed! 10/10

Great place!! I have been a client here for 3 yrs. Always relaxing and Vanna is hilarious.my nails are always flawless (many compliments) now my daughter is a new client. Will never go anywhere else. ❤️ City Nails

5 out of 10 fingers bleeding after what was supposed to be a simple gel manicure. I walked out before completed. What an awful experience.

I had a chipped nail and requested an acrylic tip on my big toe. The woman asssigned to do my pedicure could not do it so the man doing my nails had to do it for her. After my polish was applied my nails did not look similar..at all. Of coarse they won't be exactly the same by they weren't even close. I asked the man who did my nails if he could do the big toe on my other foot so they at least look similar and he told me no. He said he didn't want to repolish my entire foot over again and that he would do it next time. I told him I won't be back next time.

Worst experience here thus far. I called and scheduled an appointment with Holly for Monday at 3. I came in early and the receptionist told me she didn't even come to work that day. My nails and toes were horrible. A guy named Long came to fix my nails and he did a decent job for what the other nail tech butchered. My toes look absolutely horrible. The nail tech seemed to not know what she was doing. The receptionist have me a card for $20 off when I come back, which was a complete insult. You think I want to come back after this?!! Absolutely not!!! Horrible customer service!!

Best place I've ever gotten my nails done. Very detailed and always do a great job! Sometimes it takes awhile but it is so worth it!

The service here is just wonderful and outstanding! I love environment of a salon definitely one-of-a-kind specially if you want to relax. The staff is very nice and most importantly the nail technicians are A1! I love the service very phenomenal

Worst service ever. I got a brow wax and manicure and both were subpar. I had to have the woman TRY to fix my brows cause she made one thinner than the other. Now they're uneven. The manicurist did a horrible job of polishing my nails and after sitting for 20 minutes under the nail dryer they were still not completely dry. I asked the owner if he had a more drying spray because the can was empty and when he went to look for it he started talking about paint chip colors with another staff member and never came back. Another ten minutes later I left and got in my car and the polish STILL smudge. The photos are a few hours after the services. First and last time. Never again.

I love this place,staff is so friendly with you and they care of you! I was done with my CNC Neal's and I'm so thankful to best master manicure July! She did such a nice job!

I really love the service here! From there take or to their claims face. I really enjoyed their full Nail Care Services and their friendly staff. Just excellent on making my nails so perfect and flawless. I felt like I was first priority and giving me such a be Carefree experience
