  I have been coming here for a few years, since it was still The Process. I love it! Everyone is always so sweet and I have met some people with some amazing talent here! Also, where else could you get a deep conditioning treatment done for only $10?
  
  I always share this place with all my friends and family.
  
  Eva today has been awesome! Very sweet. She listened very carefully to what i said and asked questions. I love my new haircut! She did a really pretty job!

  Love love love this school! The best instructors, and students. They are better than some salons around here. So knowledgeable and professional. I literally recommend Keune Academy to all of my friends!! It's unlike any other beauty school I have ever been to. Go to this school and you will never go to another place again!!

  Before I came to work for the Keune Academy by 124, I had rarely seen a concept like this before. A focused cosmetology program designed for students to learn the art of Hair Design, Client Acquisition and Retention, Retail Sales, as well as Personal Business Analysis Skills; major factors needed for a successful and thriving career! The pleasure and sense of fulfillment is mine when I get to see the light bulbs go off in the minds of our students as they mesh solid Hair Design theory with their personality and style. Hundreds of clients leave our chairs every year with smiles and that makes me feel awesome; like our efforts as instructors have been multiplied more than we could individually do behind the chair ourselves! Our students are the cream of the crop! This is confirmed with the leading salons seeking to recruit and add them to their teams everyday!

  From the moment I knew I wanted to do hair, I had a strong desire to attend a school that would take my career seriously. Not just teach what I needed to know to pass State Board and become licensed, but one that would teach me to build relationships and communicate with clients while working as part of a team. Through my research, I found The Process Institute. I scheduled a tour and was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and artistry that was evident in all of the students and instructors. I felt immediately welcomed and it was made very clear that the goal of The Process Institute was to develop the BEST hair stylists in the industry. I knew it was the place for me. The day I started school at The Process, I felt such an overwhelming sense that I was doing what I should be doing. The Process Institute changed names a couple years ago to The Keune Academy and has only improved the curriculum and training and will continue to grow and only get better. I can say this with complete confidence because I loved the school so much, that after my success in the salon, I came back to The Keune Academy to become an educator. I could not be more proud of the institution I work for. To be part of an organization whose goal is to be the best of the best is something I can only hope for you in your cosmetology career.
