The only place I will get my nails done. I only ever get SNS and they always look amazing .

INFECTED TOE AFTER GOING HERE
I am in a great deal of pain. Got a pedicure here on Friday, toe started to hurt Saturday and now is so bad I am missing work, on the way to a doctor, going to report them to the health department & the state licensing board.
Sure, they have a lovely facility, but the service was rude & now from either incompetent workers or dirty tools or both I've had 3 days of my life ruined & probably a few more before I get better.response / report this review -

Went with a friend after reading such nice reviews, but we were disappointed. We asked the price of a gel fill-in, the woman at the counter told us $34. We asked to see a price list to see what all they offer and the woman held the price list to her chest and said "why?" With an attitude! We explained that we just wanted to see the different types of pedicures & she finally gave us the price list. While looking thru we saw that on the price list the gel fill-in was listed at $21. When we asked about the difference in the printed price and the price we were quoted, she rolled her eyes at us! We politely left. We will no be returning.

They were kind, even though I showed up with 2 other people 30 minutes before closing and they stayed til all of us were done. Clean and friendly staff, much better than past experiences with other nail salons. I got SNS acrylic nails and there were no bumps after he was done. All in all if I could rate more than five stars I would!

I asked to get acrylics removed and the lady only sanded them down then she got mad at me for asking her to shape up my nails after she put the nail polish on. You would think it would be understood to shape up nails after you sand them. After that my nails were left crooked. The next day when I checked my bank statement they overcharged my card where my $2 tip somehow magically turned into a $5 tip

I have been going here since 2008, before it became Royale Nails!! Tina and Lang are wonderful!! I will never use another nail salon!! I have been treated so great these past few years!! I have never been disappointed.

This is the first and probably the last nail salon I will use in Gainesville. Amy did my nails and was so gentle and the outcome was beautiful. The place looks amazing and the decor was very elegant. Will be my home salon from now on. 😊
