Some of them always smiling the ones that been there for a while 💙 the new one you can walk up to them an it's like they don't see you in the service's Department 👀👀👀
Can't be more satisfied, I love this place they have such a great, friendly and professorial staff in general and Serge Bruyako in specific. I would give them ten stars if I could!!
Since 2013 we have received excellent service until 2017 the Service Department seems to be overbooked.. New car Sales Person Cabel Jones is so educated on the vehicles. A joy to work with.
Kelly Richardson and the rest of the all star team at Nissan are nothing but the best!!! They got me in and out with everything done accurately. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for service. Thanks guys!!!
I love the workers here, but this SAM HIMBER irks every fiber in my body. I’m not a fan of his humor. I had an appointment at 8 am. After telling him I needed my car ASAP. I ran errands and came back at 9:30 and my car hadn’t even been worked on! I’m pissed. I just worked a 12 hour shift, and he’s a total pain in the ass. I am not a fan of him. Jeremy, and Chris Keeling does a great job, and the finance manager Shawn are my favorite. This is my second car from this location. Outside from Sam Himber I love this place.
Nissan of Athens is the best Jeremy is a man of his word they got me in a brand new car I want to thank them and the rest of their staff they are five stars all the way.
Awesome Service.Fast oil change and car wash was freeMy salesman Kyle even came out to check on me to see how I'm enjoying my new ride.Need a new car Ask for Kyle he's the best😊
Zero starts!
Buyer beware!!!
I bought new two trucks from this place, first truck was an awesome experience. So was the Second truck at first. Chris is an awesome guy! Ask for him, but the sales manager Shawn is a total joke! He sold me a maintenance plan, that he told me "covers ALL maintenance that's in your owners manual for 75k or 5 years, so all you have to do is just drive the truck". Turns out the plan is only good for just oil changes. Totally unacceptable for Shawn to lie. I've been trying to get this straightened out but Nissan of Athens keeps blowing me off. Keeps telling me someone will call me and no one never does. Nissan of Athens was so good with my first truck, but something changed. So bottom line, they treat you good before the sale but after the sale they are just like any other dealer. Better off going to carriage nissan. Wish I did.
This review is very long, but it covers in detail the terrible experience I had at Nissan of Athens earlier this summer.
I bought a used Honda CR-V from Nissan of Athens a little over a month ago, and it's been hassle after hassle ever since. When I paid for it they told me I couldn't drive it home until the next day because they needed to replace the air compressor-- that was no problem. However, my sales associate, Darius Ross, said they'd fix it "first thing" the following day so that I could get it and take it home as soon as possible, as I was without transportation (hence the need to buy a car in the first place). The next day, I waited around for their call that it was ready, but it never came. I finally called Darius mid-afternoon, and he said the truck with the part they needed wouldn't arrive until 3, so the car would be ready around 5. At 4:45 Darius called and said the truck with the part never came in, so it would be ready the NEXT day around noon, and that they would call when it was ready.
The NEXT day I still hadn't received a call, so around 12:30 I finally called them. However, no one knew what I was talking about because apparently Darius had taken a personal day and hadn't passed the responsibility of calling to inform me of anything to anyone else (I was told he had a sick child, which I understand; however, I still feel it's important to ensure that your clients will be taken care of if you are required to miss a day for any reason).
Once I was finally able to speak with someone who knew what I was talking about, they told me the air compressor had been fixed first thing that morning and was just sitting in "clean up," to be cleaned and detailed after maintenance, but that it hadn't even started the cleaning process. This was an hour after I was told it would be my car would be ready to take home (a day after I was initially told my car would be ready to take home). They told me they would have it ready by 2:30.
At 2:45 I arrived at Nissan of Athens (late, to ensure I wouldn't have to wait around in case it wasn't ready on time). The car was pulled up to the front, but Jeremy didn't seem to know that and walked off to find it before I could tell him I already knew where it was. Once he had finally located it in the front driveway, he came back to me and told me the car only had a quarter tank of gas (I had been told initially that I would drive off the lot with a full tank). He left to fill up the tank at a gas station down the road and when he returned approached me with the temporary license tag and said, "Did Darius put one of these on your car? I found this in his desk but I'm not sure if it's yours or not. Let me find out." I found this incredibly unprepared and unprofessional of him. We ascertained that it was my temporary tag, so I was finally able to leave with my car. As I was pulling out of the lot I noticed that he had only filled up the tank halfway. At this point, I was just done, and filled up the rest of the tank on my own dime rather than deal with going back to Nissan of Athens.a
Fast forward to now, the beginning of August. My maintenance required light came on and my digital oil life gauge said that my oil life was at 15%. I found this incredibly surprising, given that I was told they had changed my oil and everything at Nissan of Athens prior to me buying it and driving away with it. I called them and, after having my call transferred back and forth between the same two receptionists several times, was told there was no record of an oil change being done on my car. I said that that was very surprising since I had a sheet of paper detailing the maintenance work done on the car prior to me purchasing it, including an oil change. I was put on hold for 10 minutes, and when they took me off hold they told me they HAD done an oil change but had probably not "reset the light, which needed to be done manually." Whether they were telling the truth or not, this was still an oversight on their part which should not have been overlooked.
Very accommodating with drinks and snacks in the waiting area and they did a multi point inspection that was clear and very informative on the less to worse concernes
I purchased a Nissan Maxima in November. My experience with sales was horrible. Marcus Folds and Donnie Wright made some horrible decisions. I was lied to by both Marcus and Donnie. I was told by my salesman Donnie Wright that Marcus was his manager and was advised to speak to Mr Folds when I noticed that the bumper of my car was cracked and there was also no floor mats. I called to advise of this and because it had been maybe 2 weeks before I noticed the crack in the bumper Donnie advised Mr. Folds to advise me that it had been too long and there was nothing that he could do eventhough the car was certified and there were pictures of the car on file as well. I was told that I would receive a call back from a manager by the name of Kirk and never received a call. Until this day, I am still waiting on a call. I have tried to contact Kirk several times, left several voice mails. "no return call" I am very unhappy with the service that I have received from the sales department and will NEVER recommend Nissan of Athens sales department to anyone. Not to mention, I was quoted one thing when I initially looked at the vehicle but when I went to purchase the vehicle the sales price changed by thousands.. ripped off and horrible customer service from the sales department. Never received floor mats and crack in the bumper was never looked at. Terrible!!!
However, Kelly and his service team has been awesome!! I am VERY pleased with the service department. They had to replace my battery shortly after I purchased the vehicle with no cost to me. Every time I have called, I have received great customer service and always strive to make sure I am satisfied whenever I am there for service on my vehicle. I am not looking for a hand out however, I do expect to be treated fairly and with respect.
Service is doing an excellent Job. 5 stars
Sales is horrible
Wonderful customer service in the service department with Kelsey. Went there for oil change and car detail. Very professional and timely, clean waiting room with wifi. I was very pleased with my experience with Nissan of Athens.
There should be 2 ratings 4 this dealership. While their service and technicians led by Brian are superior, easily 5 stars; the Sales Management team have provided nothing but bad experiences for me.
The last time I visited there I was called by their Nissan sales team wondering if I wanted to sell my Cube. They had a customer who was interested in buying one, and since Nissan no longer made the cube they were willing to make me a deal. I showed up and test drove vehicle my family was looking to upgrade to while the technicians were looking over my Cube. When we returned they told me the price they were willing to pay me for my vehicle. $3,000.
Now while that was a bit of a shock, it's also a business, so I simply said no thank you. When I said no the sales manager came over and treated me as if I was wasting their time. Speaking in a very derogatory tone and staring down at me arms crossed he berated me for waiting his sales reps time. They were the ones that approached me, they need my vehicle, and they had the gall to treat me as an inconvenience. I inturn left shocked at this treatmentbut looking back this the treatment I have received in the past and should just be accustomed to receiving when dealing with Sales Management at this Nissan dealership.
My fiance bought her car there a couple years ago, so we take both our cars there for routine maintenance such as oil changes and the like, and they always treated us great. Recently, I had a much bigger issue with my Rogue that was a cause of great concern to the two of us. Serge and the crew put us first before anything else, treating our situation with a great deal of care. He made sure the job was done right and that we were taken care of first and foremost. I can't say enough good things about Nissan of Athens' service department, because their customer service is second to none.
