Not a good place to stay. Has extremely high drug and prostitution and crime motel area.

This place is the worst. I was moving into the area and my home wouldn't be ready for a week. Although from the outside the place looks like scum, but I figured it would be okay for one week. After checking in, I find that the door to my room had been kicked in several times and in the bathroom there was used needles left in a bag. I took them to the front office and the Manager thanked me for bringing them to him---without any type of apology that they were in my room. I had neighbors shoot up crack, the weed smell existed EVERY SINGLE night in the doorways. A few nights, I was actually starting to fear for my life.

If I could give this place a negative stars I would. Recommendation, spend the night in your car---you are safer.

I didn't stay but they didn't seem to mind me changing a tire in the parking lot. The place is well lit and conveniently located near many stores and restaurants.

Its a fleabag motel,but it's cheap. AC works,satellite tv ok,beat up joint. No bar,ice is handed out in tiny bags from the owners freezer,no coffee pot in room,all which they list. Mini fridge and nuke okay,but the outlets are problematical at best. Depending on the room,hot water comes and goes.

This place is nasty. Dont stay here. Its dirty and the carpet was discusting. The was are just gross. The tolet was ready to fall over. Just a terrable place to stay!!!! The only reason it got one star is so i can post it. This place should be closed.

Room was dirty didn’t look like it had ever been cleaned!!! Holes in walls no smoke detector no vent in bathroom carpets never cleaned!!! Would not recommend!!!!

I am here as we speak. It's not bad as long as you purchase $27 worth of cleaning supplies from the dollar tree down the Rd to clean everything including walls and everything that could be touched by humans or dogs. Oh and if you purchased a mattress and pillow protection covers. 😂 I could definitely live with out the people puking in the parking lot that are high off dope. (That aren't even staying here might I add) I wish that there were phones to call the front desk to have them take care of it. Hmmm I guess as long as u lock urself in and don't talk to people you would be good. , .

This place was very run down. No phone or microwave in room. One of the worst places I have ever stayed at!!! 😠
Plus I didn't appreciate some of the stuff going on around there. Very questionable
If passing through here again I would stay away from this place!

the most disgusting motel I've seen. One good thing. No bedbugs in site. The carpets are extremely soiled. I could not control water temperature in shower. Scalding hot! Needs to be reported to the health department. Is there a corporate headquarterssssss?

The heritage inn, in martinaburg, wv, was the worst motel i have ever been in, in my whole entire life, and would never recommend it to anyone ever. It was full of a bunch of crackheads and heroin addicts. Also the owners were terrible and did nothing to make my service better. Broken heater for 5 days, and non-responsive to simple request. Worst motel i have ever been in the whole time i have been on this earth.

The heritage inn is a magnificent hotel. It is in a great location, and it's not that expensive. I think it was about $51 for 1 person to stay one night. The rooms consist of two beds, a television, a full size bathroom, a mini fridge, and a little closet. The beds are really comfortable. So I rate the hotel 5 stars.
