This meadow cabin was absolutely beautiful! Nothing less the stunning! Had a wonderful get away with my love! The shower was Devine! Shower heads every where. I did not want to ever get out. Wonder fully kept and wonderful location. Close to many places and the cabin itself was so peaceful and quite. Just a great cabin, would definitely do it again.

My husband and I try to visit every year. The cabin is amazing. The hot tub in the back is so relazing. The views outside are spectacular. We go there to relax and decompress! I would highly recommend visiting. You won't be disappointed!

Money well spent! My boyfriend and I went to celebrate our anniversary, the cabin was BEAUTIFUL, the area was quiet and the scenery was breathtaking. Staff is friendly and accommodating, convenience store and restaurants only 10 min away. Very comfortable, overall just had a really great time. Would definitely recommend! 😍😍😍😍

The cabin was amazing! All the bells and whistles you could ever want in a getaway. Especially waking up to the view from the large bedroom window! Jamie and Daniel were very responsive and take great care of their guests. I would highly recommend the cabin and we will for sure be back!

These cabins are great! The location is easy to find and the instructions on how to work everything from the fireplace to the hot tub are all clearly written and easy to follow. The best part of the space for us was the private hot tub, multi-headed shower & heated bathroom floor. The giant comfortable bed didn't disappoint either! We'd highly recommend Golden Anchor Cabins for a short trip or an extended stay. :)

Luxury and ambiance!!! Arriving at the cabin with romantic classical music playing as we walked in immediately set the tone for a wonderful weekend of relaxation and re-connection!!! The cabin had everything we needed and then some, highly recommend for a romantic getaway!

Golden Anchor Cabins -- This is a piece of heaven in the heart of the mountains. I have had the opportunity of experiencing this destination several times over the last couple of years and I have NEVER been disappointed. I recently stayed in October 2017 and we received a decent amount of snow on the arriving day. The owners were attentive to my concerns and promptly responded to my email. The cabin is in mint condition and remains that way every time. So cozy and welcoming! I look forward to visiting the cabins every year! Try it once and you won't be disappointed! Many thanks to the owners for making such a wonderful home away from home.

This was our second time staying at the Royale at Golden Anchor. Our first was for our honeymoon in 2012. The cabin made such an impact, that we made a pact to go back every 5 years. So fast-forward five years, and three kids later, we appreciated the cabin even more this time! It was truly relaxing. We only left our cabin to go eat. We can most certainly appreciate what it means to relax now, and the Golden Anchor Cabins is the definition of it. We are already looking forward to our 10th wedding anny to go back! Thanks for giving us a home away from home!

Really enjoyed the visit and would visit again if in the area. We had the Classic cabin. It is the basic efficiency cabin with the bed in the open living room area. Everything was in good working order and the cabin was clean and prepped before our arrival. The area around is well maintained and even though there were six cabins in this cleared area each is set apart enough to provide a decent measure of privacy.

We knew that the WiFi access was sketchy before going there, but it was bad to deal with during our time. There are times you simply want to kick back and relax after hitting the rivers or hiking and you realize how crappy Live TV is anymore. 200 channels of Dish is 200 channels of garbage. Without a DVR it is difficult to stomach. From the Classic Cabin we got 1 bar of WiFi which occasionally allowed our phones to connect, but they would drop connection after a few minutes - only AT&T service. It was terrible on our battery life.

The mattress on the bed was comfortable enough and the pillows were decent; although we always bring our own pillows. The love seat in the living room was average at best and very difficult to get comfortable on. A high topper table with a pair of bar chairs are pretty much the only place to eat. The small table in the LR was too low that we had to constantly bend over from the love seat to eat. Using the big pillows from the bed you can eat Japanese style if you want. We had plenty of pots and pans; although the knives were definitely below average, bring your own set.

The double shower was a nice touch; although it would have been nice to have a rainmaker in the center. Towels were in sufficient supply and of average quality.

We went to these cabins after our camping days in the dolly sods for our honeymoon and it was such an amazing stay! The queen cabin is gorgeous and our favorite part was the hot tub which is truly private and the shower with 6 heads! The heated floors and bath towel rack was so wonderful as well. My husband loved the Sirius XM on the dish Network as well. Thanks for an amazing stay we want to come back every year for our anniversary!

This was my girlfriend and I's first vacation alone together in the near 4 years we've been together..and we couldn't have been happier! The cabin itself was beautiful, the scenery was amazing, and it was very relaxing. It was wonderful waking up in the mornings to the view of a snow-capped mountain in front of you. As the sun begins to set, you see the flickering light of the fireplace dancing along the walls. We couldn't have asked for a better place for us to spend some much needed time together.
