This is the only place I stay when I travel through Elkins. It's clean and the ladies I dealt with were wonderful!

They had comfortable beds, but it was to small. I had 2 nights 2 rooms rented for my family and me. We only stayed 1 night and I did not even get a Refund for th 2nd night on both rooms rented. I lost my money on both rooms.

Stayed here only because it was convenient for my traveling to Snowshoe Resort from PA. This place is not kept up with well at all. Found 5 stink bugs in the bed and elsewhere in the room, both alive and dead. Shower, coffee maker, toilet, ice bucket was all dirty, dusty, or otherwise unappealing and in need of attention. Light switches didn't work, trash in the hallways etc etc. Just stay somewhere else!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was clean and cozy. In the morning they had a nice spread for breakfast. A mix of fresh fruits, cereals, yogurts, and biscuits and gravy (which I didn't try). The hotel is convenient if you're headed up to ski at Canaan Valley which is what we were doing.

September 14, 2017 We recently moved from the area, less than a week ago, we came back to move our livestock, we had been up since 5am, arrived at motel at 930pm after working & transporting cattle all day, we were refused a room because we were locals per our license. We haven't been gone from the area for even a week, so changing our id wasn't a priority yet. My husband is a veteran and I am a nurse and 8 & 1/2 months pregnant, they didn't care, absolutely refused us because of our license address! This is complete poor customer service! They suggested we drive 45 minutes to find somewhere else to stay! We are clean, hard working, honest people! They will never have our business, and we will be sure to let people know of this!

Room was very clean. No weird odors like other places. 10% off the amazing steakhouse across the road with your room key! Soft pillows, clean sheets. Microwave, fridge, hairdryer. Biscuits and gravy, cereal, waffles etc for breakfast. Wrap around parking lot for truck with small to medium sized trailer. My only downfall was the price. Traveling for a living the rate here was too much to do it again.

Stayed at the Elkins WV location and it was very clean with very good service. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Dirty washcloth hanging in shower upon arriving. Room wouldn't cool so I pulled filters from a/c unit and both were completely clogged. Burned out light bulb by bed. Carpet in room looked dirty and could use a good carpet shampoo. Only benefit was it was $50 cheaper than Hampton Inn but after about an hour I was wishing I had paid the extra to stay at Hampton. Get what you pay for.

Decent cheap hotel. Not the best location in regards to where we needed to be, but room was quaint and neat. Not dirty and worth the cheap stay. OK breakfast, better than some.

All front desk personnel are friendly and helpful. Hotel is dated, breakfast choices are limited old cereal old waffle mix. Hallways and rooms smell like smell like smoke even though it clearly states No smoking all throughout hotel. It was a last minute find for last minute business travel. Wouldn't stay here again. Rooms do come equipped with microwaves and refrigerators.
