Only real hotel in Keyser! Clean Quaint little 3 floor hotel across the parking lot from Wal-Mart. Breakfast and soup in the evenings!
Clean nice place. Staff is very welcoming. It's as good as you would hope to get in Keyser West Virginia.
Pleasant enough of a stay. I was in town for a funeral so only one night. Rooms are nice, updated, clean, if slightly tight.
Very clean, very accommodating & excellent service. They treated our dogs like family with many treats. We thought we would have to leave after our 1st night as the 1 queen bed didn't accommodate both of us & the dogs. In beknownst to me, my husband slept on the floor. Rather than change hotels, we were given the choice of a suite or double queen room & the pet fee was waived for the 2nd night. The double queen room worked out perfectly. Can't wait for our next trip.
Standard Microtel hotel with rooms. Do not expect much in the way of luxury or large rooms. They do serve hot breakfast which is a huge plus over many other Micotels. Located on a main road and next to main shopping so good location. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Small comfy room. Nice selection of sd cable. Pretty clean overall. Reasonable price.
The staff at the Microtel Inn were very courteous and accommodating. Although the hotel appeared to be clean, there were cigarette ashes on the bathroom floor which makes me wonder rather or not it had been swept and moped. I feel that this was a possible oversight of housekeeping. However, I would stay there again, and would recommend it to others. It was a pretty nice accommodation
Great hotel for the location. Thank you Bonnie for being so hospitable.
Hotel staff is friendly, free breakfast, and decent overall accommodations. My room smelled like cigarette smoke despite being non-smoking.
My girl and I stopped in the Microtel for a room after a 300 mile ride on my motorcycle. We were hot, tired and needed somewhere to cool off and clean up. The young man at the front desk was unbelievably friendly and helpful. He searched for places for dinner and entertainment on the internet, gave us directions to several places. He even made a whole batch of chocolate chip cookies to set out when I mentioned someone ate them all. Service like this is far and few. Especially from a man of his age. Under 21. The room was extremely clean and neat. Not a trace of anyone being there before us. They had all the amenities such as cable flat screen tv, microwave, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, air conditioning on a thermostat, good quality soap, shampoo, conditioner and hand lotion. If you need a toiletry item, they have travel size items at no charge. The next morning I was greeted by another extremely friendly man at the front desk. They offer a great continental breakfast including hot and cold food and a wide array of beverages. This place is great. I stay in a lot of hotels for work and they pale in comparison to this place. Our room was a hundred bucks including taxes. Worth every penny!!
Compact room with nice amenities. Near Walmart if you want anything.
This is in keyser west Virginia. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and the staff is super friendly and helpful
This stay was last minute due to a death in the family. The hotel staff and management was so accommodating and helpful. They all did everything they could to make a bad situation easier for all my family who were staying there. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to visit the town of Keyser, or anyone just passing
Made reservation for accessible room. Very small. Looked like converted meeting room or something. Came in at night. Could not locate light switch near door. Had to cross room in dark in search of switch. Discovered a switch next morning that was on side wall behind open bathroom door. It is completely hidden when door is open. Issue #2.NO soap holder in shower. You have to hold soap or shampoo all the time in shower. Not possible if holding onto safety bar at same time and trying shower. Issue #3narrow, short shelf 4 x 15" maybe, above wall sink. Not enough room for toiletries. Issue#4.. If I had been using my wheelchair, it would have been hard get to desk, mini fridge etc.
We have stayed here on several occasions..last time, 4 years ago in regular room. This stay was a challenge as I have become disabled. People can cope with small space, but it is not easy. Can't come missing common sense amenities like soap holder and insufficient shelf space. If my husband had not been with me, I could not have stayed in this room independenty.
Thanks for your attention.
