All of the employees were nice and helpful, check in and out were quick and easy. We got three adjacent rooms for our group. Breakfast was good, and the child in our group enjoyed the pool.

Not sure if anyone else is like me but I like to know how old a property is so I ask because who doesn't love staying at the newest locations when your away from your home. So for those who like to know, this property is 4 years old and is wonderful!!! The staff was very professional & kind. The rooms were clean and not overly scented from cleaning products. We slept extremely well in the comfortable beds. Breakfast was pleasant. The gym was a bit outdated but it does the job. We did not use the pool but saw many other guest enjoying themselves. Lastly the internet service was good. The area is tucked away off I64 and walking distance to Golden Corral. We very much enjoyed our stay and if ever in this area again will definitely stay here .

Nice hotel. We enjoyed the pool- perfect temperature. Breakfast was good, cleanliness was good and front staff were helpful. Here for a funeral so it was nice to have a comfortable room to come back to each night.

Nice place to stay! Very clean and comfortable. Pool was full of screaming, unattended kids. Front desk and security was notified, but did nothing.

This Holiday Inn express is the Worst run and management is a non caring group of people who are out for the fast buck. Dirty rooms,nasty bathrooms.craig is having affair with owner's wife

Very nice hotel, but the carpet in the rooms needs to be steam cleaned- my bare feet or socks got visibly dirty pretty quickly. Linens and towels are nice and clean though!

This is my second time staying here, and I've been equally impressed on both occasions. The hotel looks and feels clean and new. The front desk staff are friendly and accommodating (including helping with a few specific requests from traveling with two small children). The rooms are furnished well, breakfast is sufficient, and the price is reasonable. The pool was an enjoyable temperature (cool, but not freezing like many other hotel pools). I wish that every hotel I stayed in was as enjoyable as this one.

This was a very nice place to stay while on the road. The rooms are clean and staff are very pleasant. The only issue, however, is the breakfast can be a little hectic during the week. Building contractors put their employees up here during the week, and these folks hit the free food hard. The staff can get a little behind trying to keep up. These are all great folks, so it is no big deal. All in all, a nice place to stay at when in Charleston.

Beautiful property and friendly staff. The breakfast crew is especially kind and accomodating. This is our second time to stay on travels from Colorado to Virginia. We will be back. I wrote a handwritten letter to owner once after staying here. I never got a response but this was before I knew how to do this through my smartphone. The staff helped us with a room after a bad experience up the road with a different property. This place came to our rescue. Very kind staff.

The location was fairly easy to get to with lots of restaurant choices nearby. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean, quiet, and spacious with all the amenities. Breakfast the next morning was busy and the staff was trying to accommodate as best she could. The food was good and fresh. I did not check out the pool, but they did have an indoor pool.
