We spent one night here for a little treat for the kids. Everyone loved the pool. The beds and linens were amazing! Nice breakfast buffet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was that we didn't get to use the hot tub. The evening we arrived there was literally a family of five in the hot tub, including a baby & grandma! The next morning the hot tub was out of order because someone had shoved a towel into the skimmer. We hope to give ourselves another treat sometime and go back again.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff, the front desk staff, housekeeping and restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful. The only bad thing was when we were at the pool and "guests" wanted to come in but didn't know the code so their buddies let them in. The pool area got very loud after that. But overall, a great experience. We would definitely go back.

Great hotel. The room was large, clean, and very comfortable. I personally liked the key pads that are used to access the elevators and hallways considering there is a restaurant open to the public. It made me feel more secure knowing people couldn't just wonder the halls. Breakfast was good. But the best part is the staff. They are a wonderful group of people who are friendly and make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. Would highly recommend.

Everyone was very warm and professional. Service with a smile! They were quick to fix any issue and went above and beyond expectations.The bed was firm and the pillows are comfortable. Room was cleaned often and house keeping provided plenty of clean linen. I am happy to see a can for recycling in the room. Breakfast was warm with plenty of options.The adult swim time which was nice and quiet and relaxing! We didn't go to the restaurant for dinner but the prices seem fair. (Would like to see some healthier options on the menu).

The employees were really nice. Everyone greeted you with a smile. Even when just passing by in the hallways. The room was really clean. The breakfast was good for hotel food. The shuttle to the casino was nice. The only complaints I have are that the tv was really small. My other is, I had to push my room door closed. Other than that it was great.

Was the best hotel experience I have had. The front desk was able to accommodate my early check in. The in door Pool and hot tube was a treat, my son loved it! They also had a restaurant and bar in the hotel as well

Pretty sure this hotel has a nearly impossible to beat value. Definitely the best hotel I have stayed at for under $100/night. The breakfast was much better than the usual free hotel breakfast, normally I ignore the free breakfasts because they’re terrible, but I actually really liked this one.

Bed’s were very comfortable, room was a good size, location was perfect. Pool/hot tub area was very nice, not over-powering chlorine like many hotels.

Rooms were clean and cozy. Front desk staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast how ever was a whole other thing. Food was cold and no matter what you do, its hard to put taste in powered eggs.

The staff was amazing, each and everyone had smiles and treated me with dignity and respect. The breakfast buffet was typical but a notch or two above average. The only negative is the location. If you get a room on the north side you hear road noise all night as interstate 64 is only a hundred feet or so away. If you can get a room on the south side, it's very quiet and enjoyable. Also, stay away from the ice makers.

We had an awesome time at this hotel. The pool is amazing and has extended "adult swim" hours for people 18+. The room was clean and very nice. The free breakfast in the morning was fresh and there were lots of options to choose from. Everyone was super friendly and the parking lot was nice and big. You have a beautiful view of mountains from the property. Downtown is only a short drive away. Pricing was awesome! We'd definitely stay here again.

Steve the night audit guy is Awesome! He was so kind and helpful at 430 a.m. when I needed a place to stay in a pinch. The accumulations were clean, bed was super comfy, wish I'd had more time to spend there! Highly recommend this hotel!!

Food seems to be something of an afterthought here--only a few items on the menu which were just okay. Maybe they have bigger plans down the road or maybe they are just there to serve the swimming pool traffic and hotel guests who would like a drink or two. Food was adequate. Burgers overcooked but no burn taste.

Nice bright room with Windows onto the pool area. Neat and clean.

This place was so great. After hour activities for adults is a plus! Indoor and outdoor poolgreat service and good breakfast. Very clean rooms, bar, restaurant and lounge were also clean. Staff was absolutely friendly and professional! Wonderful inexpensive place to stay!

We stayed here last minute on our way home from vacation and we loved it! I don't normally write reviews, but was so pleased with our stay I wanted to share. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bed and sheets were so comfy. They also had two pools, both heated one indoor and one outdoor, a sauna, work out room, video gambling, and a hot tub. We will definitely be staying there again in the future.
