I had breast implants done 10 months ago, and Dr. Buford knocked it out of the park. If you are trying to decide weather or not to use him as your doctor, you should 100% do it!! This is one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. His staff is welcoming and they made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. I am so much more confident in myself and in my body, thanks to Dr. Buford and his staff.

I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Buford on 9-3-20 and can say with full confidence that I had a 5 star experience from start to finish! I considered a few other doctors in the area as well as across the country. Dr. Buford stood out due to his attentiveness to my needs, technique and knowledge.

During my in-person consult, we discussed my goals, viewed my "wish pics", reviewed my lifestyle and took some measurements. Based on those things, Dr. Buford and I were able to decide on a size range to be able to accomplish my desired look. In the OR, Dr. Buford made the final decision on the size that would look best according to what we discussed. I am nearly 14 weeks post op (feeling amazing BTW) and can say that Dr. Buford chose the perfect size for me. My recovery was fairly easy; I have never had a major surgery before and any time I had a question or concern, Dr. Buford and Jen were there for me.

I feel like these are the breasts I was MEANT to have from the beginning. I have been recommending Dr. Buford and his services to anyone that I can as I know they will have an enjoyable experience with a trustworthy and skilled provider.

I am a little over 3 months post op from breast augmentation and WOW I could not be happier with my results! After a couple pregnancies and nursing babies I had lost almost everything I had! I am tall and very slender and with no breast tissue and was very self conscious! I met with Dr Buford and Jen for my consultation, they were absolutely wonderful! We discussed my options and what would be best for my body type. I had him decide upon the size during surgery and I am very pleased with his decision! He is truly a body artist!! I underwent a breast augmentation with Dr. Buford a little over a year ago. I could not be more happy with the results. I originally had nice full breasts, but over the years they had deflated and I wanted them restored back to their natural full look. Out of all the surgeons that I interviewed Dr. Buford was the most knowledgeable and took the time to answer any of my questions or concerns thoroughly. I enjoyed every aspect of the process. His entire staff is incredibly warm and professional and treated me with the respect that made me feel like I had made the right choice.

My recovery time was very minimal and I was not in pain whatsoever. Dr. Buford was the only surgeon that I interviewed that uses nerve blockers during the surgery. I ended up only taking two of my muscle relaxers and three Vicodin total in recovery. I am a very active person that lifts weights 6-7 times a week and I was able to get back to my normal workout routine after only 1 month.

I felt confident letting Dr. Buford choose the right implant size for me. He brings multiple implants into surgery, puts a temporary implant in, and sets you up and looks at how the implant fits your body. In the consultation Dr. Buford took extensive measurements of my chest and sternum and the overall symmetry of my torso.

Dr. Buford really listened to me and gave me the implants that fit my body and lifestyle the best.

Since I had my breast augmentation with Dr. Buford I have had several girlfriends go to him and every single one of them is extremely ecstatic with their outcome.

I just had my first treatment of kybella. It was a great experience from when I walked in the door to be greeted by a very friendly receptionist. I was taken back immediately after filling out paperwork by the nurse/coordinator?, Melanie. She was very friendly and explained in detail what to expect. Dr. Buford came in and I felt very welcomed by his warm demeanor. He was very detailed in explaining the procedure - what it would entail and what to expect afterwards. The injections are not super painful, but definitely not fun :-) After the injections, the pain is like a huge throbbing pimple which they ice right away and the pain subsides very quickly. The day after I am swollen, which is typical immediately after the procedure, however I do not have any pain. I cannot speak to the results as I just had it done but I wanted to comment on the great service they provide and the warm caring people they have working there. Thanks so much!

I just celebrated my birthday this past weekend, and never have I had so many people guess my age to be in my lower twenties since I saw Dr. Buford many weeks ago. It was my first birthday in over ten years that I actually felt comfortable in my own skin. Thanks to the scar revision that Dr. Buford preformed that was located on my face, between my eyes and on my forehead.

Before people commonly placed my age near a whole decade older than I actually am, and now I get placed at many years younger than I really am!! Not only did Dr. Buford revise my dog bite scar (10 years old) he also was skilled with the perfect expertise to soften my forehead with Juvaderm (every other doctor I had a consultation from would not do it) Being that I am a man I often felt my forehead was "Neanderthal" like due to all the stresses of life, and so the Juvaderm in combination with the right amount of Botox- well I felt like a stress free teenager once again.

Granted it is how I feel about me, not what others think, but damn, I feel fantastic!! Buford is seriously talented, what he does is a true art form, and he and his staff- Jennifer, Astrid, and Melanie (whom I've been seeing for V.I. skin peels- my face just keeps lookin' younger!) they are so professional, skilled, confident yet humble, and they are also extremely friendly, inviting, respectful, and down to earth, which is a true gift and a rarity in the beauty industry. Each one of them always makes me feel important, and I certainly feel like a celebrity in that beautiful office location.

I am a Hair Designer, and I always without doubt nor question, will refer each and every one of my own guests to Beauty by Buford, because I know that Dr. Buford and his staff will help each and every one of them to see themselves clearly, and learn to fall in love with themselves all over again. I got my breast augmentation exactly one week after my fiftieth birthday. I literally spent 20 years thinking about it but let life keep me from actually doing it. Kids, working, higher education all kept my mind off of doing this one thing to improve my self concept.
After getting Dr. Buford's name from a friend who had highly recommended him, I called and made my appointment. From the first phone call, I could tell that this was going to be a good experience. Not only is his staff knowledgeable and caring but Dr. Buford has a way of taking away all of the fear and nervousness about the procedure. He immediately made me feel that he would take care of me. His experience and confident, calm manner put me at ease.
The day of surgery was a good experience and there was the highest level of professionalism and kindness by the nurses at the surgical center. Dr. Buford spent some time before surgery preparing me that morning and again inspired confidence and calmness.
Recovery was shorter than expected. I had my surgery on a Monday and went to a friend's birthday party that Friday. It takes a little longer than that before you feel completely "normal" but absolute down time is several days.
I am so happy that I had my breast augmentation! I waited a long time but I am so pleased with the beautiful and natural appearance that I have been left with. I highly recommend Dr. Buford and his staff. I can not imagine a better experience anywhere else!

I'm so glad I found Dr. Buford! He is very skilled technically and has an artistic eye which is so important. His staff are warm and caring. Dana and Michelle were very helpful along the way. As a competitive runner I wanted to make sure my implants stayed conservative in size and didn't interfere with arm swing and Dana and Dr. Buford were very helpful in assisting me to choose the right style and size. I just began running again and there are zero problems with arm swing! As far as the surgery itself went, I was very nervous going in but the staff at the surgical center from my nurses to my anesthesiologist were wonderful. I was very appreciative of Dr. Buford's technical skill as a surgeon as I had some old scar tissue on my right side. The recovery was easy and pretty fast. I was sore of course, similar to lifting really heavy at the gym. But incredibly, I never had pain that was more than about a 3 on a 1-10 scale even right after surgery! Also, Dr. Buford and his staff do everything they can to make sure you are maximizing your recovery. It's great to know that they have had so much experience. I feel very confident that if I ever encountered a problem or needed to change my implants out or change size/style that Dr. Buford would be the one I would choose. I would recommend him to anyone who is either needing to have a revision or to primary augmentation patients. Thank You Dr. Buford and staff!

It is with great pleasure I recommend Dr. Buford and his staff for any services you are considering to best improve your image.

I met with Dr. Buford following a nice initial consultation with his Medical Coordinator Dana. Not only was Dana able to accommodate my busy work schedule but she was also able to find a way to squeeze me in earlier than first scheduled. Dana initially took my call and patiently listened to me rant on about how displeased I have been with the struggles of my up and down weight since childhood. I was sent my appointment confirmation and showed up for my consult with Dr. Buford.

Dr. Buford could have easily “sold” me on anything and everything he would have recommended with a more than satisfactory opinion of outcome. At this point in my life I would have dropped whatever money for a halfway promising result. However, Dr. Buford was honest and took time to really help me understand why he couldn’t give me the results I wanted. He could have easily excused himself and walked out after ruling me out as a candidate for plastic surgery considering he was scheduled off that day and following his recommendation I would not be pursuing the service I had hoped to receive. Patiently Dr. Buford made some recommendations making me feel like he truly cares about me achieving long term favorable results.

It is without reservation I will return to Dr. Buford when I am more suitable for the services I am interested in based on extensive research I have done and my firsthand experience. Thank you Dr. Buford for your genuine honesty and concern for me achieving the best desirable results!
