I had an amazing experience here buying my first car that I absolutely love. The car sales people are not paid solely on commission so it is extremely low pressure in buying a car. They have so many choices of cars and their prices are great. Plus, I have a 5 year warranty on my car for only $30/month. 5 stars! Would recommend to anyone looking for their next ride

My experience was wonderful and unexpected. I drove past Echo Park Auto on a whim after having test drove 2 other cars that morning at 2 different places. I expected I would need an appointment given it was a Saturday and no notice but I was greeted right away and worked with Bart. He was personable, informative, down to earth and not pushy at all. What I thought would be an hour out of my day and leaving with another notch in my notepad turned into a real game changer. Bart helped me find my forever car. The one I didn't know I needed. The other managers were also engaging and encouraging and I left with my quote only to return a few hours later ready to sign. What a great experience. Bart (and John) thank you for helping guide me in such a huge decision and making my experience a hassle free and confident one. I highly recommend.

I am absolutely pleased with how my whole car buying experience went at echo Park centennial. I had an appointment at 10:00 a.m. and walked in at 9:30 and Bill the salesman was there ready to help me find a new car and trade my car in. I was very nervous about the whole ordeal this being the only second time I've bought a car. But this time compared to last and compared to multiple other experiences this was by far the best one! Bill was there to help me with all of my questions and then more. Bill made me feel comfortable about such a big purchase. His customer service is above and beyond I will definitely be telling people to come to echo Park and ask for Bill and the next time I need a car I will be asking for Bill. My grandmother was with me while I bought my car and she is from out of town in Nebraska and even she was very pleased with bills customer service and said she will travel from Nebraska to Colorado to buy her next car with Bill.

Truly the best experience I've had while buying a vehicle. The place was slammed, and I was still out in under an hour and a half. Vehicle was immaculate, and below reasonably priced. Stellar warranty, helpful staff, and nice facility. Zero dumb a$$ sales managers trying to gouge you, I will buy all my vehicles here.

Purchase was great. Salesman was awesome. Everything went smoothly until I picked up the car. The car was dirty. It looked like they cleaned it in a hurry. The windows had smears all over and the dash still had dust on it. I would definitely buy another car at EchoPark. I just wish it would have been cleaned better.

Great place to buy a car. I was looking to purchase a used car, and was pleasantly surprised with this dealership. I found the vehicle I was looking for on their website, and called to get info on the car. They were completely transparent. They even pulled the car up front for me so I didn't have to walk the lot. They were patient with my kids. The offices were very clean, and relaxing. And the staff all had great customer service. Have already recommended this place to others.

We purchased our car just 4 days ago and. so far, it has been a very easy experience. I had been into the location a few times as I decided between cars and everyone I worked with was very easy to work with and didn't pressure me. When we finally purchased our car, our salesman was Nick St. Peter and working with him was easy and relaxing. So, as of this post, we are happy customers. Hopefully that will continue if and when we have to return for anything!!

I recently purchased a vehicle from EchoPark, Centennial. The sales agent who assisted me was Stefan Lee. I cannot say enough about Mr. Lee, he is a man of honor and integrity. He did everything he could to assist in the purchase of the vehicle to make sure all expectations were met. He also made follow up emails to assure complete satisfaction. If you are looking to buy a vehicle in the near future, pay a visit to EchoPark,Centennial and ask for Stefan Lee you will be glad you did. The entire team, including Carol and Stefan Lee helped provide me the a great price including everything I was looking for. They were upfront and honest about everything and went way out of their way to make sure all of my needs were met. If you are shopping in Denver and anywhere else in Colorado then I would strongly recommend you check them out. Such a great place to get a used car for a really good price. Referred by a friend. The staff is incredibly professional, they went above and beyond when looking over my car. They told me my options on what needed to be done that day, but also told me what work my car would need in the next few months anyways. They even washed my car! Very reasonable pricing, and they even applied a coupon to my breaks job, that was posted on their website, without me even asking.
The coffee is great too!

They answered all of my questions and then they went past that and even answered questions that I didn't even know I had. This place is amazing. The staff is fantastic and so helpful. I purchased a SUV from them last night and found a small puddle under it this morning, I called and they immediately took care of it. They also came and got me from work so I could pick up the car. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend!!!!

As a first time buyer, I was very nervous when coming to the lot and knowing I had little to work with as far as wanting my dream car. Although I had my parents with me, Lee was the salesman who helped make everything happen. He was very comfortable and he did everything he could to make sure I went home with the car. He was very knowledgeable, comforting, and could relate to my situation considering he has kids my age. Also, the receptionist which I sadly forgot her name (has glasses) was very warming and was just as excited as me knowing I got the car. My family and I are very grateful for how patient everyone was with me and Echo Park will definitely be my dealer of choice and I will gladly recommend to anyone. Thank you!!

Loved the car buying experience here. Found the vehicle we were looking for through thier online site (4wd version of the vehicle we currently have). Set up the appointment for test drive. Vehicle was waiting at the front of the lot for our arrival. Sales staff was courteous and professional. Hands down the least stressful car buying experience we have had. Well worth the drive from Colorado Springs. Taylor (amazing customer service) was our salesman but everyone there were extremely helpful.

The no pressure sales was most appreciated. Love the concept and love the capacity to look for ourselves on the iPads to browse additional inventory. Gave us the freedom to look, find, and choose additional opportunities. They even brought a vehicle down same day from Thornton that day for us to test drive we bought it. My daughter and I felt we were treated very fairly on her trade and fantastic finance rate was outstanding and the vehicle purchased is beautiful and competitively priced. Staff was pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable. We loved the fact that even though we were buying a new to us but used car we were treated like royalty down to a bow on top of our car.

EchoPark has serviced my vehicle three times now. Each time I have come away satisfied. They were thorough in diagnosing the problems and thorough in fixing them. My cost for repairs, I believe, was less than I would have paid at a dealership. The people at EchoPark are good folks to do business.
