so we finally worked out a deal for the 2008 trailblazer however it is full of issues and no one will return our emails as we are both busy working parents, i cant believe they havent tried to fix the issues or even talk to us about what is going on but as im sure this is a dealership that will say bought as is no warranty you are stuck with an unsafe vehicle. our video will be posted to my blog and youtube page so atleast all my local michigan fans wont have to be scammed as we were.

I original went to the Battle Creek Ford dealer to return my lease and to look at buying and or leasing another car from them. I had the worst experience with Ford and I have been searching for several months for a Car dealership to help me feel at ease. On a Friday afternoon my siblings and I stopped into the Battle Creek Chevy dealer to take a look around. We were promptly greeted by a Sales Associate name Curtis Wolf. Curtis was a breath of fresh air, not only did he take question after question from my siblings and I on more than one car, but he also did an amazing job with the two little munchkins we had with us. When I returned on Saturday Curtis greeted me like we were old friends, he helped me find my perfect car and has helped me with the process of returning my lease to Ford. Curtis has made this whole process an enjoyable time. He truly has shown me that he take pride in his job and his relationship with his customers. I don’t know about other, but I know for me Curtis and the team at Chevy has been a blessing. I urge anyone who’s is looking for a vehicle to stop in to the Battle Creek Chevy dealer and speak to Curtis you will leave there feeling like you a have a friend and that you are part of the Chevy Family and to me that is important. Thank you Curtis……….

Curtis was amazing! Drove all the way from Ohio to come see a car and he did not disappoint, he was very good at explaining things and I love the car he sold me! Couldn't ask for a better experience!

I received a notice in the mail about a recall on my car. I called and set up the appointment and they got me in. I've only had my car serviced in Tennessee and this dealership is set up a lot different than ours. The lady at the front desk was very nice and directed me were to take my car and they got me taken care of. I also had them do an oil change when I was in.

I was looking for a Suburban and casting far and wide for the right deal. Found a nice CPO specimen at Heritage Chevy in Battle Creek - BUT I LIVE IN MARQUETTE!!! I asked Curtis Wolf if he might be able to swing a way to get the vehicle delivered to me - and he drove it up here to the UP himself, his wife and kids following in their family vehicle. There was some confusion with my warranty and some small items with the vehicle discovered after delivery, and Curtis jumped right on getting it all sorted out for me. Above and beyond, door-to-door service with a smile.

Wow!!!! What a great experience with Joanne and Golden and the whole body shop crew. I gave these ladies a very upset traverse after it backed up into a tree and in the quickest of time frames it looked better than new. Would not hesitate to bring them any further issues I may have and will be telling all my friends and family about how awesome the work that they did was but on how nice I was treated. Keep Up the Work!!

Had my vehicle in the body shop after hitting a deer. Joann is absolutely amazing. They had it done in a week, everything is back to normal like it never happened. They even vacuumed out the inside of my vehicle, gave her a bath and had it looking pretty. While I was dropping off and picking up, I noticed several customers that came into Joann's office that she already knew their name without asking and started taking care of them right away. She is certainly an asset to your company. I wasn't buying a new vehicle, but will be in the market soon. This experience made me consider Heritage even though I probably wouldn't have before. Thank you Joann!

When I arrived I expected high pressure sales like I have experienced at other dealerships. Instead I was met with courtesy and professionalism when I met Curtis. We went for a test drive and I explained that we needed to trade our malibu for a larger family vehicle since we have foster children.
We worked everything out over the phone after my test drive and Curtis had everything ready to go when we brought the malibu in for trade. He answered all of our questions and was very welcoming to my wife and our children.
We wanted rubber mats for the new car and Curtis made sure we had them by personally driving them to our home and not only did her bring the mats, he brought some MUCH needed diapers for the babies.
I personally own a Dodge Ram, but when I am ready to purchase or trade in the future, I will definitely be visiting Heritage Chevrolet in Battle Creek.response / report this review -

I drove 2 1/2 hours from Ohio to Battle Creek, MI to check out a 2015 Tahoe that I was determined to bring home. I had spoken to Curtis on my cell on the way up and he was just the most personable guy ever. As I pulled onto their lot, he greeted me outside with a big smile and lots of charm. My 8 year old daughter took to him immediately. He was so patient with her as we worked through the deal, which means a lot to a mom trying to make important decisions. So not only did I leave with a spectacular vehicle, I would make the drive again in a heartbeat to work with Curtis.
