I have been here with my nephew for 3 days. I have never been so impressed with the medical services starting with ER team have pretty much saved my nephew's life. And then we went to the 8th floor to the PICU OMG ppl are so nice up there everything from Doctors to nurses to techs. I'm sorry I don't remember names I do remember amanda. From the PICU. and then we went down to the 5th floor staff was amazing as everywhere els in this hospital. Words can't describe the amazing staff helped us here. I told my wife when you get pregnant, I will bring you here. Thank you so much Helen DeVos children hospital for the great work you do everyday.

Worst hospital imaginable especially when its supposed to be a children's hospital they don't care about you or your child just your money.

Took my 12yr old with cluster migraines to find help that was beyond our regular Dr's experience. We got to use Valet parking for free, because I'm handicapped, which was awesome! Then we got help getting to our office, signed in on on a computer kiosk, then got called in 5 min later. The nurse was kind, and then the Dr reviewed and confirmed salient details, then came up with a plan of action. They answered all our questions, and made sure to address our concerns. We got a folder full of information and specific instructions, and a follow up visit scheduled. Then we checkwd out Prisms cafe, and it was Amazing! Had a wonderful, low cost lunch!

Definitely not the high quality care you would get at Cleveland Clinic or U of M, regardless of what the local propaganda will tell you. OK doctors hit & miss with the nurses.
