My visit from starting at the ER to ending 5 days later being released from the hospital was the BEST experience i have ever had a hospital. I live in NC and i wish i could pack up the hospital and staff and take them home with me. The staff are truly remarkable. They were so kind and professional. I wish we had this kinda of service and care were i am from. You all saved my life. I am forever thankful.

everytime my daughter goes there is always a wait an an excuse not to be able to give her the care she needs .who cares if there nice .they should take care of ur health issues I wouldn't bring my animals to them .drive to the big city downtown grand rapids hell of lot better then theis facility

I just wanted to say that I checked in for a total hip replacement and from walking in the door to leaving that my surgery and stay were excellent. My nurses were out of this world. One specific nurse took exceptional care of me and treated me not as an number but as family member reciveving care from a highly skilled loved one. I was so happy that I am already telling others about how great the surgical staff all the way up to the floor nurses are and that I highly recommend Bronson Lakeview hospital. The physical therapist is also out of this world he answered all of our questions and made sure I completely understood therapy and how to do it before he cleared me to leave. Paw paw is very lucky to have these two awesome employees working within our hospital. Thank you jolinda and Erik for making my stay extraordinary. You two rock!!!!!!

I have chronic pain and they will not help me at all. I will go in there unable to walk and leave unable to walk still in tears. Worst hospital ever. I regret ever going there in the past

I am an outpatient service patient, and am VERY impressed with the service I have received here. The procedures I have had were excruciatingly painful due to my insurance policy of no sedation, and the compassion I received from every member of the staff who took care of me was overwhelming! I HIGHLY recommend this facility for at least the outpatient care that I can review.
The billing issues described by other reviewers I looked at are NOTHING compared to other hospital emergency room visits I have been billed for, this is typical for emergency rooms nowadays. I guess all I can say is, if you have a minor issue, go to Urgent Care facilities and pay cash up front!
