Managerial problem started about halfway of my boxercise membership when i was there till the end of dec 2010. coaches werent showing up for the slotted time, no apologies anything AND no refund on my money at all although classes that were cancelled were their problems. This is not to denounce the coaches. they were friendly and nice to me. Ultimately though I think I only got half of my money's worth.
