  Children's department is lacking. Not many good selections. Men's department is lacking as well and only has small sizes in jeans. The store is well kept though. Very clean and organized with great prices.

  Plenty of good deals and steals here. Only gripe I have with this place is that it is hard to find those deals/steals. I mean it is an outlet so it is to be expected but sometimes it gets a little chaotic in there.

  Love the store and great sales and bargains. No problem returning items bought online from the Rack or Haute look. 4 stars because the register people are painfully slow, there is always a line that goes nowhere fast, they spend more time answering the phone and answering questions or transferring calls which distracts them from the task at hand.working the register. Come on Nordstrom Rack, designate an office person to handle the phones and let the registers run more smoothly.
