I have always lived a healthy lifestyle. In my younger years I boxed and trained in Tae-kwon-do. However, my life changed when I met Shihan Allie and started training at the L.I. Ninjutsu dojo of self defense. It was here I learned not only the physical aspects of training but I learned the mental aspect as well. He teaches the history of Ninjutsu and respect for your fellow man. Ninjutsu is still thriving even in today's world. You see the likes of Rangers, Seals, Green Berets and Black Ops all using Ninjutsu training. Ninjustu consists of Koga Ryu, the art of empty hand training, Shuriken, small hand held weapons like the Sai or Star, and larger weapons like the Katana and Bo Staff. There are Self defense Kata's, grappling techniques, Locks and submissions.
However, what made this school unique aside from it's beauty was the instructor. Shihan was and still is a dedicated martial artist. Traveling and Learning all over the world and bringing back the knowledge to his students. He can speak Japanese and is knowledgeable of many of the fine traditions. He requires his students to be model citizens, study hard in school, be dedicated to training, respect one another and respect our school. Because of Shihan Allie I am still training and now even teach at 60 years old. You will not find a better place to grow and train. Learning patience, perseverance, life skills, fighting techniques in this Dojo are priceless.response / report this review -

$$$ , thats his god, also look at his recent reviews about making a 4 year old girl cry because she did not have his t shirt on under her karate "costume ", her father should of taught you a lesson. Your true colors are seeing the light of day little man. People, check his horrible yelp reviews also.

I have trained here in the past but do not train there currently but do work hand-in-hand with the owner in various projects that need to be done at the school. I do have to say it is way more then just kicking and punching. If you want to learn true self defense that will work when you walk out of the door in this crazy world This Is The Place To Train. If you want to learn how to be a better human being this is the place to train. If you want to learn Stress Management and even want to learn how to run a more successful business this is the place to be. Besides all of that the owner is absolutely invested in your personal development and honestly cares about the individual with such a passion then I cannot believe he even has one review that has one star. Definitely give this place an opportunity to change your life.

We've had our daughter at L.I. Ninjutsu Centers for 5 years (heading into our 6th). We couldn't be happier with the progress that she's made in that time! The instructors are highly trained in their specialty and truly care about all of their students. Highly recommend this martial arts dojo to everyone!

I have been a student at the Long Island Ninjutsu Center for over 17 years. I’d like to share some of my positive experiences. I have had the privilege of training with quite a few talented and amazing teachers, including of course, Shihan Allie. When you train with amazing teachers that gives you the opportunity to train with amazing partners.
I have made friendships that will last a life time. I have seen relationships grow and love connections made.
I have watched children grow and become responsible adults, including my own two boys. I am not saying that the Dojo is responsible for the student’s successes or how relationships are made, however, the opportunity to grow is always there.
The question that has come up for me is, if someone was to pay you to remove all the lessons, friends and relationships cultivated during your martial arts training, what price would you put on it? In my opinion, you can never put a price on any of it. Long Island Ninjutsu Center has played a huge role in many lives, mine included.
Thank you Shihan for providing these opportunities as well as, for supporting our Third Eye Insight program.

People with great heart who know what they are doing, affordable tuition, 2 convenient locations in West and East Islip, Masters who inspire students to be better human beings, not only Martial Artist! I mean, I don't know if there is anything else one could ask for? I'm extremely happy and I feel it is a blessing to be a part of the LINinja family!!

place is a joke, look at the below review, he is spot on. owner has a bad little man complex. gotta love the "immortal" vanity plate on his car, that said it all for me. save your money and get your pistol permit.

The owner treats people terribly, and is a hypocrite. All he cares about is money and does not care about the students. Don't waste your money on this place. Do not join this dojo because YOU WILL REGRET IT. I have nothing positive to say about this place. The owner (Allie Alberigo) does not care about anyone but himself. and his money. He makes it hell on Earth. DO NOT JOIN THIS PLACE. All of the students that I have talked to there say that they absolutely hate it. Also the owner is a LIAR. He claims that he has changed "10's of thousands of lives" but he hasn't. Nobody likes him or respects him. Save your money,and train somewhere else.

Knockout Kickboxing has been one of the best experiences of my life. It literally changed the way I think about cardio and calories. The 1 hour intense work out has transformed my body and my state of mind. Combining conditioning with high intense cardio, I went from a size 7 to a size 3. When I joined, the sole purpose for me was to relieve extreme stress. It has done so much more than that. I have built strength and endurance. After every class I feel great!! The workout is challenging and fun. The instructors are knowledgeable and motivating. The classes are filled with friendly people, encouraging each other to push further. The facility is clean and the atmosphere is comfortable, I always look forward to training classes at KOKB!!! I ENCOURAGE YOU TO TRY A CLASS OR TWO AT KNOCKOUT KICKBOXING. I PROMISE, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT.
