  I have never in my life experienced such amazing customer service as I have at Helens in commack! All of the team members I have worked with have been completely committed to making me feel beautiful (and comfortable!!) in my wedding dress. They have been outrageously patient with me and I can not thank them enough for making me feel amazing in my dress! Highly recommend them!

  I had a great experience at Helen's last year. They were not pushy, they let me choose what I wanted and let me steer the ship in shopping for a gown. Now you would think that the Bride should and would always be in charge at the bridal salon but this is not always the case, I shopped at some other salons before finding this gem. Some salons try to change your vision and push you into something you are not completely comfortable with. Not at Helen's. They are a dream to work with and the entire experience was very positive for me. The prices are very reasonable for dresses and alterations. I send every bride I know there!

  By far, I had one of the best experiences here throughout all of the wedding planning. Not only did I get my dress, but my Mom did as well. Ashley is incredible. I made an appointment, and not once did I feel rushed to finish up or pushed to buy the dress. She is beyond knowledgeable, and has quite an eye for style. Both my Mom's and my dress came out amazing! I can't wait to send them pictures when they come in. Don't shop anywhere else!!!

  I bought my wedding gown and my mom's dress for my wedding at Helen's. The staff were always so sweet and accommodating. Ashley went above and beyond to make sure I was wearing the perfect dress for my wedding. The alterations were done flawlessly for both dresses. I could not have been happier.

  What a lovely experience! We stumbled on this place after a horrible experience at the Wedding Center and walked in without an appointment. Our consultant was Ashley and she is amazing! At the end of about 3 hours we said YES TO THE DRESS to a Maggie Sotero! There is a great selection of dresses and pricing was very good. We even found the bridesmaids dresses. This was a pain free experience! As a wedding planner I will be sending all my brides there from now on.

  Purchased my wife's wedding dress at this location. Prices were high but the dress that she loved was there and no where else on the island in her size, so after some arm twisting they matched an online price.
  When she went in for her first fitting and alterations we unfortunately found out that all the signs in the store saying alterations are capped at $295 are false. All together for her alterations the bill totaled $500 one quater of the price of the dress. The manager David explain that not all alterations are included in that capped price and it is explained in the small print of the receipt. However no body was willing to share this info with us during our purchase.
  So we left the store after 3 hours of being bullied around and told the price was non-negotiable.
  Do yourself a favor and do not buy from this store.. there are many better options out there that are not going to lie to you or nickle and dime you.
