The front desk Agent Zabby argued repeatedly about the 12:00 noon extended checkout I had arranged with the front desk Agent the previous day on the 13th of Dec, 2017. She proceeded to tell me that an extended check out of only 12 noon was not available and to get out in the next 30 minutes. The room was clean and as described.

For the rate, it is a good deal. I was disappointed that the "kitchenette" was so small. It did have the basics (two burner stove top, sink, microwave, full size frig). Adding a slowcooker to the room made cooking things that normally use the oven possible.
Other than that, it was the typical motel room; neat, clean, stocked. The door was hard to open and it could use some remodeling, but it was decent.response / report this review -

First time staying at an extended stay America and I couldn't have asked for a better room. The front desk has been extremely helpful and the room location is great with the dog potty area nearby. Walking distance to grocery stores with frys and trader Joe's nearby. Great place to stay.

The rooms look nothing like the pictures provided. It wasnt a room I felt comfortable sleeping in; it was old and dirty. The appliances we're loud impeeding our sleep. The front desk clerk was bothered when we arrived at 3am so proceeded with his agitatation throughout the time it took us to check in. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Got in town late needed a place to stay it was after hours the lady couldn't have been more courteous and the place was clean and the breakfast was nice it would definitely recommend to my friends

It's the rougher part of town.. the staff here are amazing and go the extra mile for you. I'm only alarmed by all the homeless people in the city

Clean and friendly staff. Clerk came to bring something to our room and saw that someone had dumped trash in the hallway, she cleaned it within 5 minutes. Room with one queen bed has a desk, table, 2 rolling chairs, one lounge chair, iron, ironing board, large closet with curtain cover, tv, and dresser. Kitchenette portion has single sink, double burner cook top, microwave, and full size frig. The last time we stayed at an extended stay all the kitchen stuff was already in the room, thus time they brought it to us. We have found thus location to all the shopping we needed to do. A/C works great and there are sufficient plugs to charge electronics.

These previous low reviews are before the new renovation. And in my current stay, we have moved rooms because we adopted a dog. They were very helpful.
This hotel has been my home for two weeks, altogether will be 1 month. It's not your ordinary hotel room. They have a kitchen! Equip with a full size fridge, two stove tops, and a microwave. Any needed utensils and plates are available at the front desk upon request. Everyone at the front desk has been so helpful and pleasant every time we ask for anything. They offer pet-friendly rooms as well, for an additional weekly price. For the price, I really don't see any complaint like these other reviews that I wish I can discredit. Their a/c system works just fine. I actually get really cold! They also service their a/c units ever so often. This location is convenient because everything is close by, the airport, places to eat, Costco, Target, every beand car dealership if you need a new car. I recommend this hotel for anyone moving or visiting to El Paso, on a budget !response / report this review -

The room is fine, looked but didn't find any evidence of bedbugs but do have an issue with the shower. Maintenance did come out and explain the special issue with the valve, since then all is ok.

A great place in Tucson to stay if you are here for a week or two. It is within walking distance of a grocery store, Starbucks, specialty stores and a great fitness club.

Had to leave a review because when it comes to customer service this place is amazing! Alfred is the Supervisor there and he was very accommodating and on the ball with any questions or concerns. We left something in our room when we checked out and when we called Alfred went to our room and found what we left! He shipped it to California for us and we received it in 2 days! We really appreciated the staff, the cleanliness,the price and most of all the customer service! Outstanding!
