  Hanson Overhead Garage Door Service provided me with five star service from beginning to end. My journey began with another garage door company that shall remain nameless on this post. The communication with this company was beyond horrible from the front office down to the technician. This type of customer service lead me to contact Hanson Overhead Garage Door Service on a Tuesday and that Wednesday my garage door project was completed. In addition, I saved thousands of dollars based on their honest recommendations of what was needed in order to complete my garage project. Thank you for the awesome service that was provided on behalf of my family!

  Used Hanson today for door repair service. They were punctual and did a great job and our door. It works like it's supposed to now. Great job Adam and Reggie. Will definitely use them again if we have the need. They are reasonably priced as well.

  I had an emergency situation with my 20+ year old garage door yesterday and Jeremy came to my rescue. I can't thank him enough for responding so quickly and taking care of the problem on a Friday afternoon. He also found another dangerous situation from the original installation and repaired it. The door now works better than ever and I am very happy. Jeremy was extremely respectful, professional and just a joy to work with. I highly recommend Hanson if you need service on your garage door(s). Thank you so much and God Bless you!

  Hansen put on some new doors about a year and a 1/2 ago. Very pleased with the install and doors! Jeremy was spot on with superior customer service.
  
  Had a problem right before this holiday weekend Memorial Day. Nothing to do with his work, one of my motors had a problem. I called 1st thing Friday AM. Jeremy stopped by early on his way into his office!! Diagnosed, returned quickly with new motor to replace my 20 year old motor. Superior craftsmanship, customer service, and professionalism! Highly recommended. Thank you Jeremy!
