Ordered a chest tool box for my husband's new truck. I was so excited! I had the model and part number for the box. Called, ordered it and it came in right on time. I asked 3 different times, if I needed to make an appointment to have the box installedwas told 3 different times "NOPE, just come on by, it won't take but 15-20 minutes". So I went today on my lunch breakguess what??!! I NEEDED AN APPOINTMENT!! Now, my husband will have to make the appointment, AFTER CHRISTMAS. Fingers crossed the install will go ok..when it happens.

I recently purchased my truck and wanted to make it stand out from others that looked similar. I went to Leonards and I am definitely not disappointed. The staff was knowledgeable about the accessories I wanted. They were very friendly and went out of their way to find a time that was convenient for me to come in to have everything installed. Very professional and an extremely well done job in the end. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone looking for a place that won't rip you off and give you exactly what you want on your vehicle with quality.

I ordered a 14x40 shed. All upgrades were built in as ordered. (Power, thermo windows, electrical etc. etc. )
As a difficult customer, Chad graciously handled my concerns while maintaining his happy attitude.
He and Jimmy worked above and beyond to get my shed moved where I wanted it.
Shed construction looks great too.

Took our vehicle to Leonard Buildings & Truck Accessories to correct a bad installation job of the invisibrake by a place in Florida. Alex went above and beyond expectations to fix the mess that was a hazard. The others also assisted when needed. After almost 9 hours we were able to tow our car behind our RV. A great big thank you to Alex. This is a good business.

Bought a 7x14' single axle trailer less then a year ago and all we've had from it is issues. Bad wood, Bad electrical, bad paint, bad latches on both ramps, now were looking at replacing the tongue assembly. There's a reason they are so "affordable"

The first day I went in there was only one person working the desk. I felt like he thought I wasn't serious about buying. He rushed me out without giving me much information. Next day I came back as soon as they opened and before they got busy. I met the regional manager, who was working the desk and I Ordered my shed custom build was told it would be 3 weeks due to special order on the siding. 3 weeks passes and I call to check on progress, was told the Fourth of July weekend pushed them back but they would check on it. Week goes by and nothing. I called back and was told that it would be ready at end of week and delivery scheduled for Friday. Just got another call saying the delivery truck was broke down and it could be as late as end of next week. My problem is the attitude of the managers. They basically give me a half hearted apology and I just have to deal with it. I wanted a well done shed that matches my house and I don't mind waiting for it to be built. What I do mind is constantly being told one thing and another happens. I can't just tell them I lol take my business elsewhere cause then I'm out a lot of money with nothing to show. I don't even know if I'm getting a quality shed but I will say go with any other company if you want to be treated like a customer and not a payment.

These guys are the absolute best. I had three days to get a classic car from Fayetteville to Wisconsin then down to Texas before a flight to Japan and the trailer I'd had for all of four hours broke down two hours into the trip. Even though it was only a half hour before closing, they offered to drive the two hours to us to fix it. Luckily another Leonard was nearby in Greensboro and had the parts, and he ALSO stayed late to fix it. I'm pretty sure it's a Leonard thing, but literally everyone we've dealt with is fantastic and the trailer just malfunctioned. Speaking of the trailer, it was considerably more affordable than anywhere else in Fayetteville and surrounding areas. With stellar service, fantastic prices and great product Leonard is 5 for 5.
