I have been seeking advice from Spa & Pool world and buying their supplies for the last 6 years. This year, I called about advice on whether I should drain my pool with a vinyl liner because it was going to take a lot of work to clean it up if I didn't. Their "expert" said they encourage people to drain the pool every couple of years to clean it and check the liner. I followed their instructions and destroyed my liner. I have since learned that you should never drain a vinyl liner. I emailed and called the company showing my phone/text records to demonstrate that I did indeed call them. They still denied that anyone had told me to drain the liner, and would not do anything to help me. THEY DID NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR ADVICE, and refused to help. i recommend going to Hallmark Pools on Bragg road instead!

We purchased a shotcrete pool with Kooldecking. I met with many pool contractors before we chose Clayton Britt & Sons. Many did not provide details, or when we saw their work it was not done very well. Clayton Britt performed the work within the timeframe they stated and everyone who has seen the pump hookup has commented on the 2" pipes and good job. We are very happy with the pool and that we chose CLayton Britt!
