  The entire maintenance visit from start to finish was excellent! I am confident that my heating and air condition unit is in great shape and ready to handle the approaching winter weather. The technician was very polite and courteous and it was easy to see that he knows his trade and willing to answer any question I made present to him. I fully intend to continue using Mark-Air Heating and Air.

  I have been using Mark Air since 2005 and will continue to use them for my heating and air needs. The office staff are professional and friendly; I have never met them in person, but they know how to treat their clients. They will work you into their schedule during the heaviest work loads. The technicians are professional and know the systems with which they are working. I ask for a different tech on one occasion and they worked with me to accommodate my wishes. They are tops!

  Mark Air does a great job and I have used them a lot over the years (since about 2004). They recently replaced an older unit at one of my homes and did a fabulous job. And they saved the day again - Brandon has been out to my other property for various reasons and has always done a phenomenal job. He goes the extra mile to ensure that the work is done right. He's extremely pleasant and doesn't get bothered by the 1001 questions that I always ask. Thanks Brandon and Mark Air!

  Very good customer service and very knowledgeable technicians. I was without A/C on the HOTTEST weekend (statistically) in Fayetteville and I was patiently waiting on my home warranty company to get someone out to fix it. Long story short, by Tuesday no one had showed up and I was very angry. I contacted Mark Air at 10am and was informed that they were very busy but promised to come out that evening. Ms. Brenda called me throughout the day with updates and to assure me they were still coming out which helped me be at ease. Brian made it out here at 6pm and had the problem fixed within 15 minutes!!! He immediately knew what the issue was as soon as he found out what the unit was doing. I will continue to use Mark Air for all of my cooling needs!!! Outstanding service!!!

  We had a guy come out for our unit. Bald guy with a beard named Brandon Button. He was awsome! Very informative, patient, professional and did everything he could to replace parts in our unit that were about to go bad. He did an amazing job! He answered all of our questions and was kind,swift, and respectful. We didn't mind his beard either.actually he should be allowed to grow it even longer! Beard Life!😁😁😁

  We had waited all week for our usual a/c guy to come out. Finally got a recommendation on Friday for Mark Air and Heating. They said Monday which made us happy. They called a bit later and said they could come that afternoon. What a blessing. Richard was great. He found and fixed the problem quickly. Mark Air from now on!!

  I am a victim of Hurricane Matthew and had a representative to come out to provide me an estimate. He was to email it to me the next day. We have left him several messages. My husband called the office today and was told that we needed to continue to try to get up with him? We have. since 8:30 we have left 2 more messages and he has not returned the call. Thank you but no thanks Mark Air, you obviously have more work than you can handle.

  Mark Air installed the unit in the new home I purchased. It already has a leak after just 16 months in the home. Mark Air was two hours late to the appointment and then was going to charge me 135 to find the leak on their installation and charge me labor to fix the leak on their work. Mark Air has no pride in its workmanship and has piss poor customer service. Only after complaining did Mark Air offer to not charge me, but I don't trust their work or their word on anything now. They have no respect for my time nor their work. Do yourself a favor and use anyone else or you will be sorry.

  I paid much $$$$ for a maintenance contract for 5 years only to find out that they weren't doing any maintenance on the copacitator! (which is bare minimum) This lead to my lines being clogged which also damaged the mother board! Would not recommend!

  I called them as Residential Air Conditioning Contractor and they did fine .. just .. did't clean after themselves after cleaning the AC.

  Good finish! Well, low and behold, they did come and complete the job. They were very apologetic about the misunderstanding and fixed everything to my satisfaction. I have upgraded them from a 1 star to a 4 star. Thank You!
  
  Eddie did a wonderful job coordinating everything and making sure it was done to satisfaction. I think he needs a promotion.
