  The service technician Anthony was great. He was on time, very professional and thorough. He went through and meticulously checked out our gas fireplace logs components one by one. However, having already paid close to $200 dollars just for the diagnosis of the problem with none of this money being deducted from the estimate of what it would cost to fix it. At this time, the estimate is too much for us to do now. We will keep them in mind in the future though. I can not deduct any stars from them because they did their job.

  Never have I ever in a long time, had same day service completing everything I needed in a timely manner. Johnnie my Service Tech., was knowledgeable and didn't mind a thousand questions. I chose the right company, and so should you.

  Anthony recently returned to the house to install the remote we ordered during his last visit. Quick and easy and was able to instruct us with good knowledge of the system! Great service, thanks!

  I called this particular company to inquire about services on a gas log fireplace that I’ve been using for 3+ years. Earlier this year, the pilot light would not stay lit so I shut the fireplace down until I was ready to have it serviced. My original gas company no longer did fireplace services so I called this company. They were very prompt and having someone out within TWO HOURS! This is awesome. However, $200 dollars to have someone come out, take apart the fireplace and tell you you need a new pilot light assembly (which I already knew) is way too much. I was then given a quote for $856 to fix the problem. So for $1056 dollars this company can fix my pilot light assembly?! If the service fee was $75-100 I would not be so upset because this is a normal fee charged to come look at your system. But honestly I feel ripped off. The tech did nothing special. He took my fire place logs out, said I needed a new assembly and sat in his van “researching for the parts” for 30 min. Happy about the service, not happy about the service tech price

  Johnnie arrived on time and was very respectful of the property, he was meticulous in his work. He explained everything he was doing the entire time, didn’t seem disturbed I ask questions while he worked. After he completed the inspection he explained to me what he had done and made recommendations on the repairs.
